I had my last 2 sessions with Lenka who is amazing! She explains everything clearly and is super nice and very friendly and has excellent customer service skills. I say that, because i was billed incorrectly by the first technician for the 3 sessions and pretty much everyone other than Lenka was mildly rude and very obstinate in correcting the uncomplicated mistake. If not for her, it could very well have been a very different review you'd be reading. So in all areas, I have nothing but really great things to say about her and highly recommend asking for her if she is available.

It's been here for around 6 months and for a pop up store, it's amazing! There's nothing makeshift about it, it's done up like the other stores. The staff are super friendly and the great thing is that not many people frequent level 1 of the QVB so it's very calm and the staff can divert all their attention to you - it's a lot more enjoyable shopping here compared to the hectic buzz of Mecca Cosmetica in Myer. On the downside, the store is maybe 1/2 or 1/3 the size of other Maxima stores and it stocks most, but not all of the products as the other Maxima stores. Best to call ahead to check if they stock a product.

I'm a bit of a make-up addict although I don't wear a lot of it, so Napoleon is a tad pretty for my purse for the amount of impulse buying I do (and lip gloss I go through!), but my staples all come from here.
