This happened to my wife, Vijaya "Maddy". No explanation was given. Multiple attempts to find out why were ignored. If you choose to do business with this agency in any sort of way, beware because they lack ethics, transparency, and professionalism. Pursue at your own risk. To claim no knowledge of her is not a surprise, yet the whole experience has been documented. To make an outright lie that any explanation was given is also no surprise. Again, why do it in the middle of an escrow.? This has been deemed unprofessional by us and many other agencies who have heard this story. I'm just here to share the story and help others make a better decision on who they choose for employment and real estate needs.

If you are looking for a real estate agent, I highly recommend Micah Stovall…read more We started planning the sale of our house a year before it was listed. From the start Micah was there helping us decide what upgrades would maximize the selling price and what improvements would not be cost effective. With Micah's help, We decided to put $25k into upgrading the house which turned out to be a very profitable! We moved out of the house and relocated out-of-state before any of the renovations began. Micah managed the contractors in our absence and then listed the house for sale without us doing a thing. The very first weekend after listing we received 5 offers and accepted an offer for $86k over asking price! Micah always responded quickly to my every phone call or text. He also communicated with me frequently during the renovation, sale and escrow. He is a strait shooter and I trust him implicitly. I could not be more impressed with the level of service provided by Micah Stovall.

We sold the big house in HB and downsized into a smaller condo closer to my job in Mission Viejo. The house sold quicker than we anticipated--almost before we ever hit the market--and above asking. We were panicked to find a new home and worried we'd need to rent and move again. (I have no intention of moving again.) We found the perfect detached condo that weekend and Micah helped us win that bid. He even went to bat for us with the seller's agent and got us a deal we were happy with--and some extras. Our buyers love the house and Micah has continued to work with them (he lives in our tract) on acclimating to their new home. I'm happy for them--and for us. I am so pleased to see our family neighborhood settle down with new families to raise. Thank you, Micah.
