Had them install some alloy wheels about a year ago for an old Civic. The service is impeccable…read more They polish the beads of alloy wheels (used wheels), apply sealant, measure the tire wear on each tire and adjust the tire pressure to 2 psi above the manufacturer's recommendation to compensate for the warm tires when coming in. They even recommend to re-measure the tire pressure the next morning to be sure it is at the right pressure. This is place is known for installing expensive wheels because they do it well and do it right. And they all let you watch if you want to. So even though the car I've brought in was old including the wheels for installation, they did a good job nonetheless.

This place has always been my place for my tires. Not any more !…read more It has totally changed since Morris retired. Morris & Pierrot were the heart of the place and service was beyond expectations. My last 2 times there were horrible ! Went in for a problem with a tire ... one hour and half after, I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire but as I looked through the window ... I noticed they did the assessment on the wrong tire ! I returned recently for an oil change. The fellow at the counter was swearing and screaming at a customer ! Even after the customer left, the guy kept swearing and swearing ! It was an utterly unpleasant situation and I will never put foot there again. I found Gordon's tires on Cavendish where I was welcomed with a smile and service out of this world ! Polite staff, kind & nice. Check it out !
