My first visit took a total of maybe 20 min. All of which consisted of questionnaires and medication, then at the end said, "that's all, have a nice day, you can exit", without any eye contact. also she just off the bat addressed that she could only put me off work for one more month and disability as well. I didn't even bring that up. I was still postpartum and was focused on my mental state first. However when I was getting close to going back to work she kept putting off my work note to excuse me for one more month how she had brought up. At every visit she kept saying she'd provide that at the next visit until the day before I had to be back at work she finally provided it and that's only because I pressed her about it. The disability forms was a whole other mission with her. She started off with saying she could fill those out that she needed my claim number and the switched it up after by saying she couldn't fill it out because it had to be the initial doctor who started the claim. I called EDD and stated with pregnancy disability any doctor who is continuing my care can fill it out. Then she switched it up after by saying that she couldn't find my claim number. I called everyday for about a week and even dropped off forms in person. At the end I told staff to cancel my appointments, she was causing me more anxiety than she was helping me with it. She was neglecting both my note and disability forms. The following day she managed to fill out my disability all of a sudden. With my whole postpartum care team, this was the worse experience I've had.

I had a person experience with him where i was the only one to show up during a mens group and just needed someone to vent to. During this conversation, i became sad about my place in life at the time and he asked if he could touch me and i said no but he did it anyway. That made me feel weird and then he went on to tell the entire class that i had came in distraught and suicidal with out any regard for how i might feel about it. There are others you can go to , he's not worth the trouble.

I hadn't had many interactions with them, until the last few months when I contacted them multiple times because they stopped sending me reminder texts. For months, the day before reminders weren't arriving, and it actually caused me to miss appointments. I begged them to fix it. Nothing. Finally they escalate to tech support after like 5 months of this, and they find some weird thing wrong that still hadn't been fixed. Therapist says he's changing offices, and gave me options for moving forward. I wanted to stay with him, and he told me that I could expect some contact person changes and stuff in my email. Pretty straightforward. Then they (the old office) called me today, telling me that they're calling because of my appointment next week. They inform me that Landon is no longer with them (OK), and then.... tell me they will assign me a new therapist or I can pick one from their roster. Um WHAT. As if my therapist, who I have a longstanding conversation and rapport with now, is a spare tire to be changed out at need. I'm pretty stable at the moment, but that could really rock someone's boat if they weren't prepared for it and maybe not ready to hold their ground and advocate for themselves I will have no reason to field their calls again and I'm good with that.

Heather is the doctor and I asked my current therapist and other psychiatrist about her inferences in my notes neither agreed. Oh and a podcast will make your level 20 pain go away if you listen to it and if you don't you will be labeled or your appearance when you are sick and can't get into the office and need to do a telehealth. Guess what when you are sick do you have time to look your best when you are so sick you can't move well then you are a perpetual victim. Why do you think we are coming to see a psychiatrist? To talk about the good things in our lives or to heal trauma and talk about it.

My daughter was under Dr. Kureras care for a couple years. I could no longer afford her insurance so I put her on Medi-Cal. I informed "Krista" Dr Kureras assistant by phone, email and even text message, that her insurance was now through Medi-Cal, which they acknowledged. After I informed them of this change and requested they remove my credit card from their files, they still unbelievably continued to post more than $200 in charges to this card for appointments she had after her insurance had changed. I tried numerous times to get them to reverse these charges but they refuse.
