I have only had this happen one time out of five different repairs. Finally, their prices are at or near the lowest in Rochester, they do not charge for the minor things that other repair shops for example, when you have a light on your dash board, they will diagnosis for free. The only thing that kept this from being five stars is that sometimes they are not on time in the morning when the shop is suppose to be open at 8am. As a result, I show up at 8:30am.

Your company responded to call for towing service within 15 minutes of our call. Amber who was the responder arrived and handled the situation in a professional and very capable manner. The car was located on the left shoulder of the road, and traffic was stop and go through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed. It was obviously a very dangerous and difficult situation. Her first objective was to get my wife and me into the truck, out of harms way. Through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed, traffic on road were within feet of her. Once loaded Amber then transported us with the car to a local dealer where she unloaded the car and our son in law picked us up. In closing I want to commend amber for her concern for us, her skill and ability to do the job, and her professional conduct with us through the entire encounter.
