Everyone was encouraged to keep their masks on the entire flight. Meals were hot, desserts were yummy. Upon arrival to Zurich airport, you are not in the city of Zurich. Follow the signs and you'll get to a sub train on the lower floor. Exit the train you want to head toward Airport Shopping area across the street, and find the area called the Circle downstairs. You'll be able to find the ticket machines to take the train into Zurich HB. If you need the language in English, the option should be on the right hand corner on the screen. Exiting Zurich HB, you'll find yourself in the middle of the beautiful city of Zurich. Also if you are looking for high quality chocolate for cheap - Cailler, Sprungli, Frey, and Frigor are brands you can't get in the states. You'll find Cailler on Amazon but it's $20 a bar compared to $2.50 per bar in Switzerland.

My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell again..

That allowed us to each have us our own row, able to lay down, free wine. Quieter area of the flight (we were in row 5 up front) and more space/fast service/clean bathroom. This is an inexpensive hotel in Zurich that's close to the train station and airport in Kloten. If…read moreyou've never been to Zurich, this city is SUPER expensive. For a dinner worth $20 in LA, expect to pay $45 in Zurich. This hotel was recently renovated so everything is new! Per night it was around $100 Swiss Francs which is relatively inexpensive for the city. The front desk is fluent in English and provide great recommendations if you want to tour Zurich. Only downside I experienced was the poor wifi reception I got in my room. Also, they have a van to take you to the airport in the morning.

Very bad experience with Sixt at Zurich Airport…read more I booked a car 3 weeks in advance, but when I arrived at the desk, I was told the car was not available. Instead, they offered me a bigger SUV, but only if I paid an extra 60 CHF per day, which I refused because I wanted the same price I originally booked or a similar vehicle without extra charges. Then they told me I would have to wait 3 hours for a similar car. I agreed, but after only 1 hour they called me back saying they found a "better car." When I returned, the car they offered was actually smaller and not even equivalent to what I originally booked. At that point, I lost trust and requested a full refund because this felt very misleading. The manager agreed and told me I would receive a refund confirmation email within 1 hour. However, it has now been over 7 hours and I have not received any confirmation. This is the worst car rental experience I have ever had. Poor communication, misleading information, and unfulfilled promises. I do not recommend Sixt Zurich Airport at all.
