They are getting the brunt of my dissatisfaction of the entire club volleyball scene but this being our last club, I was seriously disappointed in the instruction. They are more worried about who they can retain for next year so they can keep perpetuating the volleyball club dream. Even when the starters are failing and loosing games, they refuse to allow the other girls who were picked by the club to play a fair amount. They insist that they know what is best and which players have shown them that they are the right choice to be playing more. Mind you when you have a 30% win ratio and you still Play the same girls every time one might have to ask themselves who in this organization really Knows what they are doing. But it stands to reason that you give the girls more play time that you see returning to your club, dues are dues and if it means playing kids that aren't performing so their parents will continue to keep paying, I suppose that isn't a bad business model. Don't waste your time or money here. They already have their core group of financial patsies and they sure as hell won't rock that boat. Also Paul (Executive Director) should be holding a graduate level class in gas lighting. The man is a true poet, not only can he defend any situation you bring up but he also very elegantly can spin it so that he is insulting you and selling it in such a way that if anyone else were to read it you would believe that he was the victim.

Almost every single field is missing the top nets & some are even ripped on the sides. This creates an unsafe environment as some fields are along a very busy street & balls have been kicked out onto the street. Or onto the neighboring field interrupting another game. These incidents are happening literally every few minutes. Bathrooms are barely holding up. The soap dispensers are broken. Only one sink works & the water sprays everywhere. And they never have toilet seat covers. And now let's talk about the horrible parking situation. Absolutely no one is monitoring it. People always double park at the entrance, even when there is plenty of parking. They just do it to be a lazy a hole. This creates a jam if cars are trying to get in while others are leaving. Because the driveway is narrow. When the lot is full, they have a dirt field that is not maintained. There's always big, tall weeds growing so people will just park any which way to avoid it. And since there is no markers or painted lines to mark spaces, people don't use common sense & I've seen people just park in a way that will completely block the only way out for an entire row of about 15 or so cars. I think they collect more than enough fees to at least maintain the fields if nothing else. Please do better!

I let them know more than four different times that I needed to leave by 12:30, and each time they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. They were friendly, but extremely pushyyy , to the point of being disrespectful! By 12:29, they were still purposely holding onto my driver's license instead of returning it. I understand they have a membership sales pitch, but they were excessive and left a really bad impression. It felt more like dealing with a car dealership than a gym. Even after I declined multiple times, they handed my ID to a manager so he could try pitching me some more. There's absolutely no reason to keep ahold of my ID and pretend to put in my address on 3 different PCs just so I can't leave lol. I value punctuality, and if I've clearly communicated the exact time of when I need to step out by, I expect my time to be respected. I gave them plenty of time to close any deal with me before that time. Because of this, I ended up late to my next appointment. Not cool! Aside from the sales tactics, the remodeled gym itself looked good, lots of space and plenty of equipment. I went during a slower time, so I'm not sure how busy it gets, but I was told afternoons around 5 can pick up. I would give them a 1 star, but the new gym looked clean.

When I first signed up, part of my goal was to lose weight but mostly I wanted to get out of my depression and start being active again. The guy in charge of memberships convinced me to do a personal trainer for a month for over $300 and told me multiple times that I'd lose 10lbs in a month if I did. I thought it'd be worth it to get more comfortable with the gym at least while I'm still new to it. Little did I know that the gym would close down after my first personal training session. The second closest fully "24 hour" gym to my house is almost 40 minutes away and I lost my motivation quickly, because I only go to the gym past 10pm. It took over a month for them to reopen and in that time I was charged over $300 for ANOTHER personal training month that I had no idea was also recurring. I'm struggling in college and don't have that kind of money to spend, and went back to ask for a refund on the day I was charged. They told me to talk to a manager, which I did, but then they told me he wasn't actually the manager and to come back when the manager was there. (I went back maybe 3-4 times and the manager was always on vacation?) I have no idea why they couldn't refund but I spiraled after that whole experience and ended up GAINING 10 lbs and losing the motivation to even go out of my house, instead of losing 10 lbs like they said.

The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and truly care about the development of the players both on and off the field. The training environment is competitive but also encouraging, which has helped my boys grow in their skills, confidence, and love for the game. Communication from the club has been clear, and the overall organization has been great. Most importantly, my kids are happy, motivated, and excited to go to practice and games. We're very grateful to be part of such a positive soccer community and look forward to many more seasons with the club!

First off, the times of the practice and where the practice was held was constantly changing, making scheduling difficult. This also applied to games. We missed tournaments due to being banned (SocalFC) which I never knew. Second, they nickel and dime you for every single thing. The also made us sell raffle tickets (which is fine) but they gave us 6 days to sell the whole thing or threatened to be kicked out of the club. Furthermore, they never announced the winners of the raffle which is extremely shady... nobody got a link to the LIVE youtube drawings that were said to take place. I don't like when coaches play favorites, which happened every time game or practice. My son became a favorite, after half the season and he finally gave him playing time and saw his potential, however, I was already jaded from seeing the same thing every game. We lost almost every game, which sucked too. I felt bad for the kids. Bottom line, overpriced, unorganized and weak.

Steam and sauna rooms are shut down with less than five minutes' notice -- often just a paper sign taped to the door minutes before they enter the room... and while the heat and steam are turned off immediately, even when the rooms are full of members. There is no verbal announcement, no reasonable grace period, and no consideration for members who are actively using the facilities for post-workout recovery. Members are simply forced out mid-session so cleaning can begin. That is not customer service -- that is disregard. What makes this even more frustrating is that the steam room, sauna, and bathrooms at this location are consistently dirtier than other 24 Hour Fitness locations. Cleanliness does not appear to be proactively maintained throughout the day, yet management suddenly demands immediate shutdowns at peak usage times. Why can't cleaning be scheduled late at night or early in the morning when the facility is empty? Why shut down rooms when ten or more paying members are inside? A customer-centric manager would communicate, give reasonable notice, and plan maintenance around member usage -- not inconvenience an entire room without warning. Instead of listening to members, the GM argues with them and insists the rooms "need to be cleaned right away," regardless of how many people are still using the facility. Turning off the power immediately without allowing members to finish is dismissive and unprofessional. This is not how a well-run facility operates. It reflects poor planning, poor communication, and a lack of leadership.

The manager was so rude and dismissive when I tried to ask a simple question, acting like helping members was an inconvenience. The gym itself looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. Several machines were either out of order or clearly worn out, and the ones that did work looked unsafe to use. For a place that charges a membership fee every month, you'd expect the equipment to at least be maintained. On top of that, i  was told i couldn't use the three-day free pass because I had been a member back in 2005 at a different 24 hour fitness. The manager insisted it stated that on the pass, but when I looked it up myself, it said you just couldn't have been a member within the last six months. Being turned away over something from nearly 20 years ago made no sense. What made the situation worse was how his attitude completely changed once he realized we weren't going to sign up on the spot. He became cold and basically turned us away, saying we couldn't even work out. He even suggested we go try another location and "maybe they'll let you do it there." Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, outdated equipment, and the way we were treated, this was one of the worst gym experiences I've had. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location unless some serious improvements are made.
