Marc, the owner, was very nice and kind. He even allowed me to do a special request where I wore an outfit (which is a Morpshuit with t-shirt and shorts) underneath the gear used for the rage room. Very kind of him to accommodate this. I have never done a rage room before, so it was a unique experience. Shattering glass, and breaking things felt very liberating and it helped me release tension/anger. Additionally, at the very end, there was even another surprise where Marc even taught me how to throw ninja stars on the wooden board. It was super cool. At first, I couldn't get any ninja stars to stick, but on one of my final attempts, I actually did get the ninja star to stick, which was awesome!! I was pretty elated that I was able to do that! Anyways, shout out to Marc the owner for being very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cool, friendly place to do a rage room or an escape room. I should check out their escape rooms some time soon.

I'm so glad I came across Brainy Actz, as it turned out to be the perfect choice! I booked both the Game Show Showdown and the Excalibur escape room. For the Game Show Showdown, we split into two teams and competed in the Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, and Family Feud. My group had lots of laughs from start to finish, and the friendly competition made it even more fun. Our game show host brought so much energy and enthusiasm that it really elevated the experience. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a group activity where everyone can participate and have a great time. Next, we went to the Excalibur escape room. The room is themed around the legend of King Arthur, where Merlin has hidden Excalibur under a powerful spell. The puzzles weren't easy, but they were fair, and when we needed a little help, the staff gave us helpful clues. My team escaped with 8 minutes left. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly before each activity. From check-in to the end of our visit, everything was smooth and organized.

With our own playlists, we were able to connect to speakers and enjoy the freedom of letting all our tension out with smiles & laughter. Seriously much needed for our Mom group to decompress. Parking was easy and convenient. They recommend getting there 15 minutes before your start time to fill out the waiver, watch the safety video, and put on the safety gear. You don't want to eat into your scheduled rage time. They also have escape rooms and paint rooms in addition to the rage room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The safety gear included helmet with a visor, gloves, overalls. You can use your phone to take videos and photos, and hook up to the speaker so you can play your own music. The basic package is 20 minutes and you get to break 12 bottles And 6 ceramics. It was plenty of you go slow And break 1 at a time but you can buy extra breakables if need be. And there are tires that you can bang on if you run out of breakables. There are a plethora of weapons to use to destroy the breakables (shovels, bat, crowbar, mallets, pipe wrench, etc). To add to this, we needed to be buzzed in so we could enter the premise. Once we were inside, the ambiance changed completely and there were a couple of IG worthy spots to take pictures while checking in. We opted for the spinning art experience since my daughter is too young to partake in the more elaborate ones. Originally, we booked for 4 people but one person got sick so we asked if we could transfer the funds for that person for another experience since there are no refunds. Luckily, was able to contact them the day before and added the bunny paint pour over experience. Ozzie was our guide and he was super kind and gentle with my daughter. We were instructed to pick 5 colors and then we donned our plastic bootie covers, apron and gloves. We entered our designated art room and was blown away by all the colors on the wall. There was even a tire swing which my daughter was all about. The spinning art experience was a lot of fun and I enjoyed seeing my daughter embrace the paint. I think her favorite part was when she had free rein to paint all over the walls. Overall, we had a great time. Only down side is that it does go by super quick and is quite an expensive experience for one hour.
