It's a smaller club (2-3 teams per age level), but they do amazing things with the girls. The proof is in their standings, as several of their teams finished in the top 20s for southern CA (18s finished 8th in 2019). There are many bigger clubs that don't have any teams finishing nearly as well. More importantly, the girls get excellent attention and the owners know all the girls by name. It's a family atmosphere where teams root for each other and players/parents are happy to see each other on and off the court. The coaches are kind, tough (you want this) and knowledgeable. If your daughter is ready to work hard and fully commit, she will greatly improve. PAC has enhanced my daughter's life beyond measure. Hope to see you try it out!

Great Aquatic Facilty…read more This Aquatic Center is part of Mount San Antonio College. It hosts School swimming and water polo events along with the local club swim team. I have attended the stadium for sectionals and CIF Sports swimming events. There is an adjacent parking lot and there's also a structure for parking which makes it easy. There is covered Stadium style seating. They also have a great sound system and scoreboards. This is one of the better aquatic centers that I have been to and always enjoy coming.

Paradise truly has the best machines, and even when it's busy, you can always get your full workout in because there's such a great variety and volume of quality equipment. What I also love is that there's access to trainers for both beginners and more advanced lifters, so no matter where you're at in your fitness journey, you'll feel comfortable and supported here. The owner, Elsa, is incredibly accommodating and clearly takes pride in her business. It's obvious she invests both time and money into making this gym stand out. The layout is well thought out and flows in a way that just makes sense--you can tell a lot of planning went into it. The gym is very well equipped with all the extras you might need to do any workout. She also has more upcoming renovations planned which shows she's committed to keeping the gym fresh and continually improving. I'm excited to see what Elsa has in store. Machines and equipment look cool but then the dirtiness and lack of buttoning up items against the walls and electrical conduit make it seem dirty and unfinished. It's like a person who paints a room with a roller but doesn't edge. And then there are the trainers. Don't try to give somebody friendly advice because you've been lifting for 30yrs because they'll get mad at you for talking to other people that you didn't come with. They want those people to pay them for advice and some of them don't deserve it when you overhear them talking to their clients. I won't talk about the bathrooms. They've already been talked about.

10/24/25 Friday Came…read morearound 5:45 PM for the open gym session. It was pretty empty besides some kids practicing. We came in with no climbing background so it was a very humbling experience! Much harder than the Ninja Warrior Adventure Park in Santa Ana. This place is better for experienced climbers or folks who have lessons and want to get practice in. They do offer chalk but I recommend you bring your own because it was kind of hidden and very limited. Most areas/courses were clear, but there was one corner of the gym that was kind of cluttered so it was hard to move around without feeling like I'd trip.

Then I called couple more times over the next few hours. No answer. And no callbacks. - Only 2 private restrooms near the entrance (no multi-stall restrooms). - The cafe by the pb crts closes early. The tourney ran into the evening. As you can imagine, plenty contestants and spectators grew hungry and thirsty. + Nice selection of healthy snacks and drinks though. - No weather shelter over the pb courts. She measured my body fat percentage and my BMI with a machine that you just hold in your hands. She's really nice and she know a lot about nutrition. When I trained with Stephanie, she taught me how to use different machines I never used before. She taught me how to do a correct form. I really felt a difference how proper technique can give you muscles. She is so great. Also, she will make you a nutrition plan. I like her. The front desk staff always say hello when you walk in. They are polite. The gym is always clean. The maintenance staff are also nice and smile at people. The pool is very clean and nice. The steam room and jacuzzi are in the locker rooms. The women's locker room has complimentary hair dryers. The bathrooms are always clean. Thers a lot of space in the locker room The weight room area is huge. Members put things away after use. There is stairs to go use the cardio machines. There's a studio room where there is different classes all week long. There is also a pool class. In the studio room, there's free weights that anyone can freely use. There is mats that are provided. There is also hand sanitizing wipes. The water fountain has a filtered water bottle sensor. I am so grateful I signed up at LA Fitness in La Verne. I found something very special here.

The 4 racquetball courts are fully functional with all ceilings lights working. Rare in NY, NJ and Fl. There are ample hand wipe stations that are placed throughout and always stocked. Thank you to their stellar maintenance personnel. The steam room is alive and working. The sauna is hot, hot, HOT!!! The dumbbells stay in the weight area and are reracked. No treasure hunt needed. The members are chill. The front desk - happy, warm and on the ball. There is lots of free and convenient parking. The best - the GM Jeremiah - we had a situation on Thursday 01/01/25 where a racquetball player from Chino collapsed on the court. Jeremiah stepped up - the ambulance was there in less than 2 minutes and the FD in 4. He stayed with our friend and us throughout and ensured all was well. He reached out to the member at home and updated us on his condition and status today. Jeremiah consistently gets a trophy for top sales in the area/region. We also love him as a wonderful human being and wrote to LAF Corporate to recognize him as a stand up, solid and very caring and kind individual. Again rare and inspiring!
