But, what I found most impressive was Jim, who re-gripped my irons and took a trade in on some wedges and woods I was looking to trade. Fair as fair can be, he worked with me and we came to a amicable agreement in a minute. I have never seen a more inept staff anywhere. I ordered my new putter...$650. I was told 4-6 weeks. I asked for it to be delivered to their store so it would not get lost. HUGE mistake number two. I contacted the store in the middle of week 5. Was told the putter had shipped (Thursday), and would be in that afternoon as fedex was delivering it. They would call me...NO phone call that day. Went to the store the next day (Friday). Was told it was coming in that day and they would call me...NO phone call. Went in the next day (Saturday). Clerk totally confused so he called their customer service desk. Customer service said it should be delivered that afternoon. They would call me the second it came in...again NO phone call. Went in Monday...5 days after they told me it would be there on Thursday. Was told by Kevin the manager it would be in that day and I could come in Tuesday to pick it up. He PROMISED to call me when it came in since they had yet to follow thru on that promise. Kevin swore he would call me that day. NO call. I assumed it was there since that is what Kevin told me. Worked Tuesday so I went in Wednesday excited to finally get this putter I had been waiting SIX weeks for...it was getting a different shaft, not too complicated I thought. Well, went in Wednesday and not only was it not there the manager said the order wasn't ready and hadn't shipped yet!!! That was the last straw. I told the manager to refund my $600+'s. He said well his putter took over 6 weeks to get acting like I was being unreasonable. Dude, just give me my damn money back...putting a new shaft into a putter shouldn't take 6 weeks. He put the money back on my card. Well here I am three days later and no money. Stay away from this store. It is poorly run, poorly managed and the staff is poorly trained. When I eventually get my damn money back I'm heading to Edwin Watts, should have done that to begin with. The manager was Kevin and the putter was a LAB. Not sure LAB is anymore competent than the PGA tour store. Worst service I have ever had. DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I work at two courses in Hilton head and live in a community that has two courses. I will be spreading the word about the incompetence of that crew in that store. They should be embarrassed. I won't be doing business with LAB either...6 weeks to get one putter getting only a different shaft. They can't handle their business either. The store is called a "Factory House" because it's an outlet store for Under Armour. I visited this store looking for golf apparel. I'm not going to lie - Jordan Spieth looks great in Under Armour and even as a fully grown man, I've come to realize I'm still influenced by what the star athletes wear. The store is spacious and it was stocked with a decent selection of golf apparel. Since it's the wintertime, I was specifically interested in golf pants and golf beanies. This store had a nice inventory of golf pants in various attractive colors, styles, and fabrics. I liked the light and breathable yet durable and element-resistant materials the pants were made of. I also liked the semi-elastic waistbands which were very comfortable (almost too comfortable). I was able to find pants in my waist size, but not length (which isn't unusual because I'm short). An employee told me Under Armour has more size options online. To get an idea for Under Armour's fit and look on my body, I tried on some pants in my waist size in a fitting room. My girlfriend and I agreed the pants were too wide and baggy from the hip and butt down through the leg. I'd have to get them tailored to get the slim fit I was looking for. My old off-the-rack Gap straight fit khakis are slimmer fitting than the pants I tried on. That was disappointing, especially considering how well-fitted Jordan Spieth's pants are (I know he's a pro, but still). As for beanies, the styles offered were OK, but I didn't find one I really liked. The prices were average/reasonable and the employees were helpful enough. I would return in the future to browse their new stock.

I am not sure where this is going to go. We bought a new Sierra 2 seats forward with a "trunk" on…read morethe back. Judy said she could put an ernclosure on the cart just like the one we were turning in. It isn't even close. When we got the cart back and I rolled the enclosure down among other things the rear cover is not cut to fit over the trunk. The plastic part of the rear enclosure blurs the rear camera and approx. 12" on each side is to short to meet and zip to the side pannels. When I discovered this I went over to talk with Judy. When I told here about this her response was "Don't you worry about this, we are going to make it right, wee will take care of this" Later that day one of the mechanics took measurements. Approx a week later I asked about the status. Defensively Judy said they have sent the lady that makes thes covers an email but hasn't heard back. Given the change in tone of in her voice I will be curious to see how this shakes out. Stay tuned.

Their prices are reasonable with many special LTO's and discounts. Their Scorecard is their rewards program to earn discounts after spending certain amounts. I went there for one thing--- a bicycle. Dick's had put out a flyer offering 2 types of Schwinn bikes at 50% off. The problem is their website and store didn't have the same offer. After contacting their customer service, I had a note offering a "price match" in which they honored the 50% price. A special call-out to Chris Campbell, one of their service technicians, who did an excellent job adjusting the gears and brakes during the safety check. He did a great job explaining the safe operation and maintenance of the bike. As a precaution, I took out their warranty for the free tune up and safety inspections. Check out was quick and easy.
