The food is alway great, but it is slow to come and isn't always what you've ordered. They don't say hi when you come in, there's never service at the tables though they don't tell you that, and it always seems like you're putting them out by asking for anything. Everyone in our group feels the same way. All three of us (the Mrs, my Aunt, and myself) ordered the Biertgarten Smashburgers and we split an order of the Cheese Curds.
