If my son was to fall into the pool my child still can't perform basic safety skills like holding onto the wall or flipping over to float on his back. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. What's worse is that it took them more than six weeks just to find an instructor who could match our schedule -- a delay that showed a lack of organization and consideration for our time. Despite all the promises made at the beginning, the results simply weren't there. If you're considering this swim school, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money here.

She simply added those sessions to the end. I also really enjoyed the facility. It is indoors, and they close the big garage-like door when the weather is too chilly outside. The air is clean inside the facility (doesn't smell like an indoor pool), and the waiting room with the tv showing the pool lesson was great for us since my toddler is super super clingy. The staff is friendly and great with the kids. No billing issues ever. Make up classes are easy to schedule and they have an app as well.
