This is from the person that sent me the mock up that shows the customization as two separate words. "Firstly, please let me apologize for the delay in your order. We do work incredibly hard to ensure that orders are shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. It took 3 weeks to receive the items and called right away. I had to keep calling and sending emails to get a response. Then they claimed it was a result of the fabric and not their fault. That is an absolute lie because after 2.5 months of back and forth emailing, and sending the item back, they were able to produce it in the correct colors on the exact same suit. But guess what, they didn't contact me with this as a solution, just did it, and guess what, the boy has grown in 4 months since September and can't wear it. It is despicable the way they run their business and take no ownership of their mistake. They could have saved themselves from this bad review had they admitted the item was printed in the wrong colors back in September. Buyer beware!!
