I will not order from Swim With Issues ever again. I ordered 2 items on October 8 -- received one of the items 5 weeks later. It is now November 21 -- no sign of the second item. Ordered items on December 11th, and website said they would arrive before Christmas. I have tried contacting them 3 days in a row and have received no answer. I tried the phone number listed, and it says it is not set up to receive calls. I will be disputing this with my credit card, but most of all, my granddaughter will be without items under the Christmas tree because of this fake site. read more

BEWARE. I have tried to order many times from SWI. They do not fulfill orders or leave part of your order out. Then you have to BEG for the merchandise you PAID for...after months of begging you might receive a refund, no explanation, no customer service. It really is pathetic and their merchandise is great...IF you are fortunate enough to actually receive it. Purchase your swimmer's clothing elsewhere. read more

I ordered a swim shirt and towel for my daughter in November for a Christmas present. The shirt was ordered in a large and when it came was too small . It did not even fit my younger 12 year old who weighs only 90 pounds. I never received the swim towel . I returned the shirt. Never received the towel and they still three months later have not refunded my money. Terrible customer service. They said they are still working on November orders. I don't want it anymore. They were certainly quick to take my money but not to fill the order!!! I have sent three emails and can not get any one to help. I paid $60 plus tax and shipping and have no merchandise. I am giving this review 1 star, only because 0 or negative stars is not an option. I ordered two shirts on 1/26 and after waiting almost 3 weeks did not receive them. On 2/17, I filled out the form on their website and never received a response. I also tried to call the phone number listed, however, the phone was disconnected. On 2/27, I emailed them directly and received an automatic reply that they would look into it and get back to me within 24 hours. On 2/28 and 3/1, I emailed again after not hearing back. Finally on 3/3, Zach replied that for some reason the order had not synced with his shipping software and he would ship them out that week and throw in a couple of swim caps for my trouble. On 3/21, I emailed again requesting tracking information, as it was now almost 3 weeks. Zach replied on 3/22 that the order was not syncing right, that he had pushed it through as a new order and would get it out ASAP. Two weeks later on 4/5, I received an email that the items had shipped. Finally, on 4/11, I received the two shirts, however, Zach had conveniently forgot to include the free swim caps. In summary, it took 76 days to receive two shirts that showed as in stock when they were ordered. They also asked for a review for their website, however, when I submitted it, it never showed up!! read more
