You don't have to do the whole process, you could just order a tea and/or smoothie. I can't remember exact prices, but I remember thinking it was inexpensive and a great deal for the nutritional drinks you get! I ordered only a smoothie, but next time I will have to try out all of the steps. I ordered the chocolate Elvis which was chocolate, peanut butter and banana - YUM! My daughters both had the chocolate smoothie and loved it. My mom was with me as well and had the vanilla and liked it too! I also love the words of encouragement/sayings they write on the cups. The women working were awesome and gave great customer service. I'm definitely a fan and will return!
