11 out of 10 service…read more I've been dealing with a nightmare contractor that screwed up my TV mount install, among a bunch of other issues. My dad referred me to HT express, noting a good experience in the past. Javier came out same day and worked with me on the schedule. We kept in touch throughout the day on when I'd be home from work, so we could coordinate the appointment. Great communication. He arrived. Very clean with my house and very respectful to not damage or mess anything up in my home (some contractors are way too careless with their equipment). He explained my options in terms of mount placement, and was respectful of me in terms of my extra requests to use a special bracket on the TV. Everything was explained to me in advance. Work was excellent - and I think be went above and beyond. Hooked up all my cables, my soundbar (and explained it to me since I didn't really know how to use it), and cleaned my TV too. Price was extremely reasonable for the experience and service. It was nice having everything be so easy, given the prior contractor I had to deal with (and still dealing with the fix all the bad work). Would highly recommend and use again. I attached a picture. As a note, I did not want the TV centered vertically. I wanted it where it is so it would be better for viewing in my opinion. This does leave a bigger gap above the TV, but it's what I wanted.

You'd never know the extra work that went into it. Jimmy was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took pride in his work.
