My situation was that I ordered fresh oysters, as I had a number of times before, but was instead given 100 frozen oysters that were already two weeks old (pickup date 5/23/26) without any prior communication or opportunity to decline the order. Btw I ordered 40 oysters. Somehow this was all my fault. When I questioned the situation, I was told I would no longer be served. The issue wasn't the product itself. It was the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for a longtime customer. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend this business and will be taking my business elsewhere. When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.
