He reached out to me pretty quickly when I submitted a request for an estimate. We met with Pedro who quoted a reasonable price for what we wanted done. We set up a date for him to start work which coincided with bulk pick up so that he didn't have to haul anything away. He requires a 50% deposit with the remainder upon completion of the job. It was a 2 day job because we had 40' trees that hadn't been trimmed in years. I'm so happy that I no longer have to worry about the trees falling over during a hurricane. We were concerned one bad storm would bring it crashing down and cause damage to our house and the neighbors. The crew from TLC arrived as scheduled this morning, were courteous and professional, and worked quickly to complete the job. They cleaned up all of the trimmings and left the yard in excellent condition... Actually it was left in better condition than before they arrived because they hauled away some branches that fell to the ground under the tree weeks ago . But they really did do a great job and the customer service was amazing and the price charged was definitely worth having a professional tree service do the job right!
