Great for both oil changes and car washes. Never done anything more than the drive through wash and self vac. But after reading the other reviews I might try out the full service! The oil changes come with a free car wash code, which is a nice bonus. After work is busy, and lunchtime can get that way too. So try to come in the middle of the day to avoid the biggest lines. On Sunday, I came to Sweetwater to get our vehicle washed & was. A team member at the paying machine asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted to get my car washed & waxes. She told me it would be an extra $45 for the wax. Perfect $45 for the wax & $25 for the wash, not bad for $75 with tax. I went through the carwash machine & drove to the Bay Area where cars are vacuumed. I assume that my car that was being washed & wax would include a simple vacuum & wipe down before heading the team member that was doing the wax. I guess I was wrong. I was told I needed to do my own vacuum after my car was competed being wax. I was told they after my wax that I could go to the complimentary vacuum stationed. All I can say is wow! The only option given to me to retrieve the property stolen from me was to drive over an hour from Tampa and pay for the tolls and another quarter tank of gas for the second time. Apparently...using 2 vacuums at the same time is a no-no. :D I always bring a friend with me to the car wash so they can vacuum the passenger side, while I knock out the driver's side. Why? Because vacuuming out your car sucks...that's why. There were plenty of other vacuums available yesterday, but another customer just HAD to have mine. She pulled in next to me (mid-suck), invaded my space and impatiently stared me down. After explaining that she may be waiting a while, this nutjob had the audacity to snatch the hose out of my hand. I snatched it right back and resumed my suckage. Then Psycho Bitch kept turning my vacuum off on me. So I got into my car(with hose in hand) and called the office, who sent a gang of staff members out to resolve the situation. I was informed that double sucking is bad form, but I'm no quitter and refused to relinquish my hose. The car wash police were able to persuade my pushy opponent into choosing another of the 10+ available vacuums. I have the worst luck with car washes. Don't be a victim of Vacuum Violence. read more

This is my go place to get my car wash either full service detail or drive thru. I enjoy coming here since I know I will get the exact same service. After they are finish, my car also looks fresh and looking shiny as it did before. They do very good detailing and I always come back here. Pricing is reasonable. They do tend to get busy on weekends so try to come before then. Staff are friendly and they do their job right. I recommend coming here to get your car wash or detailed. Worst car wash EVER!!! Went to this car wash about a week ago. Decided to opt for complete car wash option, including interior cleaning. It took forever and to make matters worse, THREE separate attendants cleaned the windshield, one of them, a young female, took a dirty towel, using it in her efforts to clean the inside windshield! Now, I now have a non-removable film on the inside of my windshield! Horrible! read more

This place has gone downhill since it first opened. I come in for my usually 5k high mileage oil change and they cash me out and hand me a receipt with all the "services" they performed on my truck. I watch closely and they ONLY do the oil change. None of my fluids get topped off, tires don't get checked and none of the other included items are addressed. I wouldn't be as critical if they didn't write on the checklist that they checked and okayed every item. I love bringing my car here. I get the full wash for $20. They wash, hand dry, and then vacuum the inside from top to bottom. They do an incredible job. They leave my car looking showroom new on the inside. They also offer cheaper alternatives where you can wash your car and vacuum your car yourself for free. This carwash is a great place to go to keep your vehicle looking shiny and new. The staff are all friendly, efficient, and professional. I usually get the full service wash where they detail the interior and exterior, including the tires. But sometimes I just run through the exterior wash just to get the bugs and pollen off. And they also have lots of self service vacuums, if you don't want to pay for the full service. You can also upgrade to have a hand- rubbed wax and more thorough detail. The inside waiting area is comfortable, but you can also sit outside in nice weather. And a bonus is that they're located next door to Wawa, so you can run over during your wait to get your coffee or hoagie. read more

This is a quick and convenient car wash where you can do an express car wash or a full service wash. You can use the vacuums for free, which is a good deal. I get the $7 basic exterior wash and then use the vacuum. On Wednesday they have a deal called wacky Wednesday where the basic exterior wash is only $4 (might be $5 now as their prices recently went up a $1). They also offer oil changes but I have never used that service personally. They are also conveniently located right next to a gas station (Wawa) so you can get a lot of car needs met in one place. read more

Getting full service inside and out. They spend an enormous amount of time cleaning the interior. Several people are all over the car. They even take the bugs off the front bumper. Supervisor goes from car to car inspecting and she tells the workers what they missed. Strongly recommend it,but be prepared if you have inside cleaned. I'm telling ya, you'll get in line and think its going to take forever, but it honestly goes by quick. I got the full service carwash package, which came out to be $23 I believe. Comes with tire shining, them vacuuming the inside for you, cleaning your windows and the inside of the car thoroughly for you. I waited for about 15 minutes and there were 4 people working on my car, hence the quickness! I was out of there in no time :) Next time I want to do the car detailing, where they wash your car seats, it's $40 for 2 rows of seats, not bad. Not impressed at all.I tried this place based on the Yelp reviews and re-joined to review this because my experience was nothing like what I'm seeing here. The very least expensive interior clean is $20 and they don't even wipe most of the surfaces (I paid an extra $6 for tire shine and wax- After tip $30-) The place they take tips is before the wash- which doesn't make sense to me if you are tipping based on service for job well done. My car was not especially dirty and is almost new but after the 40 minutes it took, there was still visible dirt and grit left on the console and the other surfaces- and the bumpers did not appear to have even been wiped down either. It's also really unclear where you are supposed to go or what you are supposed to do is and there is almost no signage to clear things up. I can think of 3 places that do a better job for about the same money or less and are way more on the ball. read more

I've never gotten a professional detail here so I can only speak for the oil change side, however I went yesterday and am always impressed with the level of friendliness and service I receive. I used to loathe getting my oil changed for some reason, but here it is always easy and pleasant. It's a drive through service, so no bland boring dirty waiting room to deal with. You don't even have to get out of your car. The price is average to a regular chain, mine runs about $30-35 for my old Toyota, but they throw in a free automatic car wash that's good for a week after your oil change with a DIY vacuum at the end. I've been when it was busy - 3 cars deep in each lane - and never had to wait that long. And they don't go overboard trying to add on a bunch of services. If you don't go to your local mechanic or dealer for your oil changes, and you live kn NW Orlando or Apopka, I'd try it out. read more

I went in on a busy Saturday to get two oil changes and a car wash/vacuum. This location compares very poorly to the one in Ocoee. They had a lot of employees on hand for the vacuum and detail but they lacked direction. This resulted in the cars being moved in and out very slowly. As noted in the photo I uploaded, the detailing was definitely lacking, so it doesn't seem the delay was due to an added effort on the vehicles. I counted two managers, but only one seemed to be working - the other was gossiping and cracking jokes. I wanted to give two stars, but taking the lube side into consideration made me give another star. They were busy but moved quickly and efficiently. They updated us about our oil changes and recommended additional services without being pushy. read more

You can either get a quick in-and-out wash or spend a little extra for a more in-depth wash. The Works Wash is fantastic because for $21 they'll do just about everything on the outside AND clean the interior so you don't have to break a sweat cleaning and vacuuming ;) Overall I really like the service here. The guys at the front of the wash made sure to get all the bug gunk off the windshield and the front of my car before it entered the wash. You can't beat the low prices here and even if you don't opt for the vacuuming package they have a complimentary vacuum area when you exit the carwash. read more
