From the moment we set terms and signed our contract, Raudel was absolutely professional, so organized and punctual. The lines of communication were always clear and open and he always made sure we were on the same page with details. He sent a proposed day-of schedule that we tweaked together accordingly with our schedule as well as other vendors. I was so stressed out with the planning itself that it was nice and REALLY appreciated that he had a proposed a schedule that allowed for wiggle room in case things had to get moved around (think bridal suite photos, first look shots, bridal party portraits, family, etc.). Post-wedding, the turnaround time was great and as previously mentioned, he always answered any questions I had in a timely and professional manner. On the creative side, Raudel took such beautiful photos. It's true when they say your wedding day just flies by and you wish you could re-live it ten times over (but sadly, you can't!). Raudel's photos brought to life all the details and colors and emotions of that day. After we agreed on a date and…read moretime to take engagement photos, I received a text message an hour and half before our appointment that she would not be able to make it due to family issues. Considering that I had taken the day off work and had to wake up pretty early since I was doing my own hair and makeup, I was pretty upset about having to push back the photos till later in the day. Ms. Tagle suggested we arrange to try to meet at 4 or 5 in the afternoon. It's SXSW weekend and getting hotter and hotter as the day progresses and she wants to meet downtown during the worst time possible, seriously?!? It didn't help matters that my fiancé had specifically taken the morning off and had to go into work at the time she wanted to reschedule. Thanks to modern technology, I found out through facebook Ms. Tagle had spent the night before at SXSW till early in the morning and had the audacity to post status updates on her whereabouts. In others words, she lied to me on why she wasn't able to make our appointment. I immediately canceled our appointment and requested she refund my deposit. Photographers are a dime a dozen in this town and Ms. Tagle caused me a lot of stress and unneeded anxiety during an already stressful time.
