After interviewing a few party planners, we selected Regal and did not regret it. My wife can give her review, but from my point of view, Regal allowed my wife and family to enjoy the planning process, as we were not stressing about all the specific details. My wife provided Pam and her team with a vision, and they exceeded our expectations. It impressed me how her team transformed a large empty white space into a Great Gatsby-themed event. [See pics] The entire process was turnkey. Regal used an event planning tool where we had a client portal. All event details and communication were handled there. I could make payments and receive reminders quickly. I acknowledge that emails, meetings, texts, and phone calls happened during the planning process, but it felt good for my family to show up 1 hour before the event and not have to worry about anything. In the past, we would have been running around for last-minute things. Finally, it was nice to pack up a few to-go plates and go home as Pam and her team handled the breakdown. Regal strives to go above and beyond; therefore, feedback-wise, I recommend they offer themed to-go bags and plastic containers for guests packing up food at the end of the night. The package is based on plate settings, but we could have used to-go containers for the dancers and other guests coming in and out. We would work with Regal again and recommend them to others. Booked a cruise with them. My husband walks with a cane and boarded the ship in a wheelchair. We are also 3 time cruisers on Holland America so I thought we would automatically be upgraded for being loyal customers. I also told the travel agency that we were going for our anniversary and told them the day. In the past they would send something to the room as a thank you for using them. NO MORE. We also ended up with a cabin ALL the way the the FRONT of the ship and had to walk very very FAR to anything else on the ship. If I booked the cruise on my own Holland America told me they could have accommodated me. Because we booked through #1 Travel who did NOTHING for us, they could not help us. Unfortunately the ship was completely booked and they could not change our cabin once we were on the ship. I WILL NEVER, EVER BOOK WITH #1 TRAVEL AGAIN!!!!
