I just moved to Phoenix and tried this dentist. I have excellent teeth and this dentist told me that my teeth were infected and had "pus" and that maybe even 2 teeth needed to be pulled. When I questioned, her, she tried to shame me and even accused me of actions that were not true. I got a second opinion at another dentist who said I had excellent teeth and there was no infection. I came here because my front tooth kept chipping and I got frustrated with the family dentist I've been using for years. Like most of the doctors I find when I chose to deal with one I looked up the doctors that were available in my union coverage dental plan and found sweet tooth. Just from my phone call and explaining the teeth chipping issue the doctor or the person I spoke to already had some correct reasons it could have kept on happening. So I saw the dentist in July for the first time. He had told me he planned on doing 3 crowns but now he will be doing 5 and he suggested invisalign when I'm done with the crowns. So far I've had one crown done 4 more to go. The doctor is very thorough in his work with the crown he takes multiple plaster molds of my mouth to ensure the permanent crown will be a good fit. I am lucky I still have to pay a lot for the crowns $190 with my coverage but I've been told my coverage is good because a crown is normally $1000. The dentist lets me split my payments in two because I'm trying my best to make sure they're paid for and not put on a credit card. Everyone in the office is very nice, the office is pretty and very clean. Very well kept up. I'm happy I found sweet tooth and when I finally get an apartment after saving a massive amount of money if it's not too far away I'll still be coming here to get my work done. read more

1st impression: LOVE this place! The receptionist was so helpful setting up my appointment and getting me into the office for a cleaning as soon as a WEEK! Insane right?! I know. To check in: you have to call once you arrive to the office to check in and they will text or call to tell you it is safe to come in. The office is extremely clean and looks very modern. So shocked there isn't more reviews as the doctor here is amazing. Makes you feel comfortable and educates you on what needs to happen and how. Today I went to sweet tooth dental to get some fillings. Let me first start off by saying that the establishment itself is extremely clean. I was greeted by the two employees at the desk with warm smiles, and I only waited 3 minutes before I was escorted into the room. I have a HUGE needle complex! They give me anxiety and I will literally cry. Dr.Hassan numbed my mouth and I didn't know when he began or ended...I FELT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I knew from then that I would have an exceptional experience. I proceeded to have 4 fillings done, and I literally fell asleep. Dr.Hassan had to ask me to open my mouth a couple times because I was drifting off I have never had a dental experience like this yet! I will not step food in another dental office ever again! I came across Sweet Tooth Dental this past May right before my college graduation. Due to COVID I knew I would need a lot of work done, I also knew I was reporting for Naval Training in September so my time frame to get all my dental work done was limited. The staff was able to accommodate all my appointments except for my final which I was going to opt out of anyways since my insurance wouldn't cover the fillings and I was switching insurances soon. If you are persistent and call multiple times a week you can most likely get the appointment you need due to cancellations. A great aspect is that the hygienists are very gentle and supportive when it comes to anxiety with numbing topical and numbing injections! I was in need of a deep cleaning, several cavity fillings, and a new crown placement. For the following reasons I suggest finding another dentist before resorting to sweet tooth dental. I was in a time crunch and had limited options but I am unsatisfied with the care I was given. First I was quoted one price for my work, my second visit the price went up, my third visit I still needed to pay more. From my original verbal quote I ended up paying triple, what was I to do? I needed the work done. I felt like the staff being aware of me leaving to training and on a time crunch led me to be taken advantage of financially. More importantly I was charged for deep cleaning, which was taken care of over the summer June/July/August. I get to my Naval Training Dental exam in September, and the dentist stated I was in dire need of a deep cleaning. I was in shock and explained I was just supposed to have most of my teeth deep cleaned. For those reasons I suggest looking into other providers your insurance offers before settling for care at Sweet Tooth Dental. read more

My experience at this office was phenomenal! The office was very clean , the staff was polite and very helpful with a very short wait time . Annett, the hygienist was so knowledgeable and gentle- hands down the best cleaning I have ever had!! Dr. Hasan was really the best , he explained everything to me beforehand , reassured me when I started to get anxious and most importantly for me I didn't feel any pain during or after the procedure, which was a real concern. By far the best dental office you will ever go to. Personalized care with Dr Hassan, a wonderful skilled dentist that makes you feel completely comfortable especially if you have dental anxiety. the dentist did a good job on my root canals and crowns but they overcharged me. i could have gotten the same work done for half the price. it also took 4 months to complete because it is extremely difficult to get an appointment. i would highly recommend going to an endodentist if you need emergency service like a root canal. read more
