A fairly small venue, seating no more than 30, was a 40% couples, 60% single males on our visit (which didn't appease the wife/ especially being split up with seating). This was not a simple mistake--this was unacceptable conduct. The staff member wearing glasses was polite and helpful, but the other two staff members were the main problem. The blonde staff member and the Asian female staff member must be terminated. I expect this incident to be reviewed immediately and for you to provide a clear resolution.
