This was not a simple mistake--this was unacceptable conduct. The staff member wearing glasses was polite and helpful, but the other two staff members were the main problem. The blonde staff member and the Asian female staff member must be terminated. I expect this incident to be reviewed immediately and for you to provide a clear resolution.

A fairly small venue, seating no more than 30, was a 40% couples, 60% single males on our visit (which didn't appease the wife/ especially being split up with seating). Perfect for something a bit more intimate than the Moulin Rouge and not your usual strip club approach. No bar or drinks at the venue. Really recommend and would love to go again.

Firstly, you have to pay a €100 membership fee that only runs the calendar year no matter when you purchase it. Secondly, they collect €20/hr to play 2/4NLH! The action was slightly above average but the play wasn't soft either. It is virtually impossible to get out of this place with your shirt on. An Aussie was first to act and says "okay" as-in "okay, here's what I'm going to bet ..." (No hand motion at all) and the little beret wearing frenchie quickly checks behind. Aussie challenges this and the floor rules that because there was no person playing after the frenchie that action had ended for that street. Another funny is if you bet out of turn and someone who had yet to act before you then folds, you can take your bet down or change it to higher number! I couldn't believe gravity was holding my seat to the floor when I saw that happen (and confirmed again by a different floor manager and two other dealers.) Once I did, she returned with a credit card machine and told me that its 600 euros MORE for the massage and any other extra services. I said i already paid for the massage to which she said, that was the entrance fee and NOT the cost of the massage!!! I said I cannot pay the money. she returned with another old women and a couple of guys. I had to leave!!! i reported this to the hotel people and they took down the ads to the place.. guys, Pls be careful of the place.. You can go and see the girls there to check if i am telling the truth.. Its pathetic and public cheating!!!
