Customized cakepops are hard to find at a decent price. I called multiple places and for a bride and grooming cake pop it was gonna be more than $7 a pop. This place is one of the preferred vendors with Padua Hills. And for 4 dozen mini shooters and 5 dozen groom and bride cake pops it was almost $300. First thing you need to know about this place is it's not an actual Bakery where they have baked goods for sale at the store. Its more about the preparation and creation and tools needed to create the baked goods. So don't expect to get any baked goods when you goto the store. Secondly they also do candy dessert tables. Where they put out candies, as well as other pastries. You can buy them as a package or as a la carte options. As we only ordered a couple things we had to go and pick it up. The reason for only 3 stars is because comminication with them was difficult. Takes forever to email me back. When I call her sometimes she calls back, sometimes she doesn't. What really annoyed me though was when I emailed her in regards to what I wanted to order, she sent me the bill, which i paid in full via zelle. It was about 5 months before the actual date. But as the date got closer, and i sent emails after emails, she never got back to me..... I'd call and no call back. Week of (which she said she would contact me), after 4 phone calls over 4 days she finally got back to me. I reached out to this business back in January of this year after following them on TikTok and Instagram and loving what they do for their candy buffets and wanted one for my up and coming wedding later this year. After a phone call and emails back and forth we sent over a $100 deposit, filled out the form and we were told we would receive a contract shortly after all that was done. This was all back in January of this year and we never received that contract. So I reach out via phone, no answer, left a voicemail, no call back, and also sent over an email. After talking it over with my fiance a few days later we decided since communication seems to be a struggle (which was kind of there in the beginning with the length of time between each email) then we were going to cancel the services which we did via email and will attach email here. I wanted the back drop and you sent me this picture stating this is what you provide with our theme colors and I have the email to prove it as well as the contract... . I have been a returning customer of this business. I contacted the Ursula on 7/19/23 by phone and email to place a order for Doz total cost $50.00 for cake pops and photos of request. I hired this service for my baby shower because it seemed like a simple classy place. From the start I had trouble getting a response but once I started communications with Ursela she was very nice and helpful and understood my requests. We hired them in the middle of the pandemic so I requested someone to hand out the treats AT THE END of the event. The baby shower was set to have 40 guests (they knew this up front). I emailed once the tighter restrictions for LA County came into play and asked what if I needed to cancel. Ursela said it wouldn't b a problem that they would hold my money and I could use them up to a year from now. Mind you the restrictions were in place at the time AND the event was in Orange County where there weren't as many restrictions. The event was masks only with sanitizer in every table. Only 10 tables 4 guests to a table 6 feet apart. The morning of the event... yes MORNING OF Ursela calls to say they're on their way (they were to arrive at 1pm event started at 2) and that the service person doesn't feel comfortable staying to serve due to covid. I was confused... covid never left... it was here when I booked the event. I even inquired about cancellation. I explained to her that to call me the morning of the event was unacceptable. She said it was due to the holiday (which was Thursday)... ok you couldn't have called friday? This was very upsetting, and when I told her that she said "I'm trying not to cancel the full service for today"... ok so now you threaten to cancel? She said they would refund me for the service person... ok whatever. The person arrives to set up 45 minutes late and ends up STILL setting up as guests arrive. They arrive to pick up 40 minutes late only 1 lady and I had to pay $100 to the venue because she made us run over. All other vendors were on time, helpful and professional yet sweet tooth costs the most and gave the most drama. Later that evening I noticed the refund wasn't processed.... why wouldn't you refund me as soon as we hung up this morning? Ursela literally wanted to mail me a check. No way! I had to download Venmo for my refund even tho we could pay through cash app. I wouldn't recommend them for anything major. A small party yes but nothing you care too much about. read more

This is only a very small shop & not like the pictures on here. I think it's misleading because they have pics of the old shop & this is the new location off Iowa. The building is in a corporate area with the sign removed & no signage on the door. It's small & only carries a small amount of supplies. There are no sprinkles, candy, or edible decorating supplies. It's boxes, small amount of chocolate, dyes & a small amount of molds, It's everything you could find on Amazon or in Michael's but the convenience of having it in riverside. I don't know of any other places that carry color mill or boxes locally. However, the prices aren't marked clearly & they're more expensive than Amazon which I get because they need to make profit. They carry chocolate in 4lb bags & do have colored chocolate. The supply on popsicle sticks, bows, etc was very limited.
