I can't say enough good things about Sweet Day Studio, they were amazing from start to finish. My initial interaction was with Ryan, he was great with any questions I had. We also asked about a military discount (something that's nice, but certainly not required of any business) and they were more than accommodating! After that, I was sold and booked pretty much on the spot for my October 7 wedding. I happened to be in the area (I'm not living in San Diego) in August and reached out on super short notice to ask about getting bridal portraits done (my moms idea...she really wanted them!) I was extremely surprised and pleased that they could accommodate me on a weeks notice, it was great. It was nice to get to know a couple of the photographers I would be with on my wedding day in advance. On my wedding day, their team arrived on time and were very professional. My husband and I were recommended by a friend of ours to look into Sweet Day, since they had photo/video her wedding about two years ago. We met Ryan and Anne at Starbucks and we instantly loved them and what they're all about. It felt like we have known them for ages! We were filmed for about 3 hours and the next day, they created a cool 1.5 minute video. TL;DR HIRE SWEET DAY STUDIO! From beginning to end the entire team was incredible. I give them all the stars! I knew I wanted photo and video and as few vendors as possible because we traveled to Temecula for our wedding from out of state. The entire Sweet Day team worked together effortlessly all day. They know what they're doing and have great chemistry as a team PLUS they're all really fun! We were consistently impressed by their skill and talent. At one point during the reception they had multiple cameras stacked on the same tripod for photo and video. Little touches like that made us happy that we went with one team for both photo and video. Talented, professional, thorough & flexible! These are four common themes that you will see with Sweet Day Studio. They are hands down, one of the best investments my Wife & I ever invested in. My wife and I were recently married and we hired Sweet Day to capture the day. Little did we know, that it would end up being one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. Prior to the wedding, Sweet Day created an astounding "Save The Date" video for us, not to mention they delivered it to us in an incredibly fast time-frame. The artistic touch and cinematic ability that these folks have is unbelievable. They can turn a simple scene into a thing of beauty. We LOVE the crews in Sweet Day Studio! We've asked them to take our family photos three times so far. 1st, as a married couple, 2nd, as an expecting parents, and 3rd with baby and grandparents! Every time their work amazed us. When we saw us in their photos for the first time, we were shocked how professional photographer can make an ordinary family look like extraordinary. In the second time, they amazed us how they can show various tones and nuances which was different from the first family photos but as great. In the third time, it was more than family photo. It was art. What we love them most is not only their amazing photograph technics, but their personality. They treat your family as if it is theirs. They don't treat you as a customer but like a friend. Photo sessions were always funny, joyful and full of laughter. They are very proud of what they are doing, and I don't think they are taking photos just for business. They are passionate about photography. From the moment we signed up with the Sweet Day Studio team, it was better than first class treatment because it was was much more personal. It was as if my family and close friends were doing the project (and not the annoying side, which we all have and love but...). Beyond the personal touch, their professionalism with the hotel staff was beyond anything we could have imagined. Even our wedding coordinators couldn't believe how efficient and effective they were in their setup. With all that being said, the final product was the best. I wish I could show you all but can only just let you watch the video montage which they did at the end of our wedding for our guests...not a dry eye in the place. We had our wedding at Pala Casino a couple of months ago, and Ryan and his crew did a great job. I got to meet the crew that will be video taping our at our wedding rehearsal. The came to check out the venue a day before to get ideas on what to shot. The work very well with our wedding coordinator and photographers. The Sweet Day Studio crew is nothing short of AMAZING. They took our engagement photos, wedding photos, video, and provided a photo booth. They are professional, efficient, organized, and so, so talented. All our other vendors and wedding coordinator couldn't get over how smoothly they operated. As good as their professionalism was, the best part about Sweet Day is how light-hearted, fun and sincere they are...so much so that you feel like you've known them all your life and you want to invite them over for dinner (and ok if they wanted to, they can photograph the dinner too). Perhaps the best indicator of how awesome they are is the fact that they've made a believer out of my husband, who fought tooth and nail against taking engagement photos and having a wedding video.
