I think it shares space with a rock school and massage therapy place. Went through the back entrance, and the first room you see is a pool table then there is a sitting area in the next room. then there is a hallway, with another room where the actual business is. It kinda reminds me of a frat house. Large selection overall, a lot of house made "juices". There is a menu on the table, but look out for the blackboard with more than 50+ selections of house juices, like cookie dough and pina colada. There are 2 display cases with a decent selection of mods. You can even sample whatever is on the table, but I'm sure if there is something in particular you want they will let you try. Prices are pretty competitive from what you would get online. We went on a weekend, and for the size of the room, there were a good amount of people. If there were more than 5 people waiting, I think the space would be tight. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I think they should utilize the space where the sitting room is so it's more open.

Not only do they offer great prices on their flavorful house brand juices, but they are incredibly friendly, supportive, and care about their customers. I have faith in the owners and their recommendations of product , and they genuinely want to know about customer experiences. I so truly appreciate the feeling I get when I walk in there. The experience that really drove it home for me was when I decided to experiment with CBD oil for treating my anxiety and stress. Everyone swears they have "the best brand" or "this one really works" but I didn't believe it. When I came into Vernon Vape to try and purchase the CBD , the owner walked me through the options and let me know what one he uses. I was very grateful for this and felt so comfortable. A few weeks later, he switched the brand he was stocking because he said he wasn't happy with the previous brand's quality. I was nervous to switch it up , but when i purchased the new brand last night, i saw what he did what he did. Never in my life have I experienced such relief for my chest pain & anxiety. I stopped in a Puff City, and the staff is so friendly, I instantly felt like I was at home. I asked for something that had more puffs and I started using the Escobars that had 6000 puffs in them. Then, after a while, I asked my favorite sells rep to show me the actual vape devices and all the different juices. I took his recommendations, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I live in Newton and Puff City is not that far from me. I never knew that this store was so close, nor that it existed. They gained a lifetime customer.
