Note there are charges for credit cards that I did not see on the website. This was a virtual business transaction for a bedridden hospital patient. The connection was horrific and it took nearly 1.5 hours for what I feel should have been maybe 20 minutes tops. What I did not know is that forms need to be sent to each party regardless if you are in the same room and it takes quite some time to process. Again - nice and professional gentleman and was available when I needed him. Just be in the know of all that is involved - time and cost.
