In my experience, the handling of the case did not reflect the level of due diligence I expected. There were discrepancies among heirs and documentation issues he overlooked in original drafting that, from my perspective, were not fully resolved. After nearly three years of litigation, I was disappointed that a proposed family settlement did not move forward unless liability protections were included for the attorney. This raised serious concerns for me. Estate matters are already difficult and emotional. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this firm ask very detailed questions about process, documentation, and fee structure -- or consider other representation altogether.
