BRING A LARGE TOWEL! If that's a beach towel, bath towel, so be it but, brim a towel. You will be sweaty, and you will be slipping and sliding around the mat without one. They will provide a mat for you, or you can bring your own. Parking is plentiful, and there is a shared bathroom in the plaza that requires a code that you can find at the front desk of the studio. The hype was legit, highly recommend giving them a try!

She has an extensive background in dance, yoga, Pilates, fitness and overall body movement. She had a sweet, graceful demeanor and engaged in every person. She especially helped me correct my form with each exercise, and is an awesome teacher! Her class emphasizes core and strengthening/stretching the hips, lower back, shoulders, groin and abs. The staff are all so friendly and Pilates is a good tool to enhance your fitness goals, gain strength and gain a super strong core. When we arrived we found out my other daughter had booked the wrong weekend. We were happy to find out that someone had cancelled and that there was an opening, unfortunately there was bit of a kerfuffle because someone else also booked the same open spot online. Either way it was addressed with the owner and they handled it quickly and responded with profession and care. I was so impressed and can't wait to come back. The class with Alexa was challenging and fun, I was regretting it after the first 20 minutes which is always a good sign lol. I do pilates reformer regularly but lagree really activated different muscles and strength levels. I enjoyed it so much.

Before class started, she went around to each person asking how they were, seeing what modifications they needed, and explained the reformer and class thoroughly. During the class, she communicated very detailed and was really helpful in demonstrating the different sets and techniques. After class, she went around to every person asking how the class was for them. I really appreciated how present and engaged she was with everyone! The studio was clean, cozy, and well equipped. It had a lot of reformers with towers and had all the tools needed for the workout. I did the a** and abs workout and it was great. It definitely pushed me and I just know i'm going to feel sore tomorrow! Extras- Parking is great! Right outside the studio. They are soooo welcoming as you come in! Secondly, the instructor came up to us and asked us about any modifications needed. I thought that was nice because believe it or not, not a lot of instructors take this initiative to go up to students. Sophia was really kind and helped us with our posture and form throughout the class. The machines were clean and easy to use. This was my first time using the tower and I enjoyed it! Her class flow was so good and I felt like I got a very balanced workout because we worked on everything. The beginner class is still challenging for me so it's gonna be a while before I move up a level haha. Music: it was kind of like EDM? I really liked it. And yes they have a bathroom! Surprisingly not all studios have one. I can't wait to come back again!

The instructor brought incredible energy that honestly carried me through the entire workout. The music was upbeat and on point, which made a huge difference. It was a full house, which tells you everything you need to know. The studio is set in a cool warehouse space and there's a restroom upstairs in the same facility if you need it. This will definitely be one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in town. Highly recommend!

The reformer room and bathroom is right outside the front door and to the right. Everyone working here is so kind and pleasant. There are only 6 reformers in the space, and they are brand new "Your Reformer"! I'm obsessed with every detail of the space- they really thought of everything. Flows with Andrea, Maggie and Elauq are all perfectly balanced and have me shaking and sweating every timeeee. They also have infrared heated reformer and mat classes. Parking is easy on the street or in their small parking lot in the back. The only tip for improvement I have would be to change the water spout as it's very short and cannot fit most stainless steel water bottles.

They have a little free parking lot which is so helpful for parking. The building itself is cute and aesthetically pleasing. The studio itself is sooooo nicely decorated, inside and out. It's the perfect warm temperature to have hot pilates without it being too hot. They also have a water station in the welcoming area as well as cubbies for your belongings. I took a class with Sasha and she was great! She was so welcoming, personable, and motivating. I endometriosis and took the class on day 1 of my period, which is always awfulllllll. Sasha was motivating but also supportive when I needed to do a lighter version of the exercise or needed breaks :) I loved my experience and will definitely love to return! My only suggestion is more in-person tours or info for new guests. I didn't really know where to put my stuff and if I was new to reformer pilates, I would have had not understood how to use the reformer machines. But all in all, I had an amazing time and got a great workout. I felt so welcomed and really felt like I fit in with the class as a newbie. I have gone to other studios where I felt like a fish out of water with my pilates level, but here I feel like I fit in even at a newer fitness level :)

It's also very inviting and it's refreshing to see something different from the mainstream black and led decor a lot of studios have now. Parking wasn't difficult because we came on a Wednesday afternoon but I can see it being a problem over the weekend. There is a small parking lot shared with other businesses. Workout was great! We did a few moves I've never done before. Heavy legs were challenging and the flow was smooth.
