I fell in love with the kiosk they had at my local mall years ago so when I saw this one at UTC, we just had to stop in to browse. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is very organized to browse and find a style that fits you. Each time I've bought something I do the browsing and if something speaks to me that's the one I get. My favorite is the biblical reminders because they help remind me that I am a child of God and to trust in Him and His Love in all I do and encounter in this earthly life. They offer many style (men's, women's, kids) bracelets with small reminders that you can wear on your wrist to inspire you throughout your day. The words on these bracelets are designed to encourage and motivate us to transform our reactions and improve our responses. They have different style beads and the pricing is based on the beads type you choose. The company believes if we each can sprinkle a little kindness, hope and love everyday, it will create a ripple effect of positivity around each of us that will change the world for good. I walked in, was greeted right away by security at Mayors, then by Kiki, a sales professional who'd just wrapped up with another customer. That smile of hers? Instant warmth. She was welcoming, easygoing, genuinely kind. I mentioned I was interested in seeing a Tissot, maybe Omega--totally different leagues, I know. She nodded, said they do carry Tissot but not at this location; still, she'd order whatever model I wanted. While we chatted, I mentioned I probably wouldn't consider Rolex mainly because of the price point--though honestly, who wouldn't want one? She smiled, asked me a few questions, then--without missing a beat--pulled out a certified pre-owned Air-King and slid it on my wrist. That was it. One look at how it felt and sat on my wrist and suddenly--like magic--I finally understood. Why settle when you can go big? At this point, I didn't mention to her that the Tissot was farthest from my mind. And now she really had me considering a Rolex. We exchanged numbers. I said I'd think it over--she'd shared so much good information, so generously. Later that day she texted: "I'm here if you need me. Tissot? Happy to bring it in--just a 20% refundable deposit." I sent a text back that my interest had... peaked, maybe Rolex after all. Her reply? "We'll work on a Rolex." Like we'd already teamed up. I felt like she took me under her wing. I loved that. Fast-forward to today--after having done much research on the different Rolex models, I popped in. They said Kiki had stepped out but wouldn't be long. I wandered the pre-owned case... and there it was. The exact model I wanted to see: the Explorer II. I even said it out loud: "That's the one." Told them I'd circle back. Thirty minutes later? Text from Kiki--photos of that same model, like she'd read my mind. I was extremely impressed with the communication from the sales professionals at this store. I walked back in; she lit up, genuinely happy to see me. She offered me a seat, a bottle of water, then brought out the watch. I slipped it on. I was done. I'd already decided: new, not pre-owned. So I said, "Put me on the list." She took my information, made it official; made me feel like family, honestly. Every move she made was smooth, encouraging, reassuring. Like she knew exactly how to make this exciting, not scary. Now I've got something to look forward to! Kiki, thank you--you are the best.

Ultimately, general manager guaranteed he would contact me after resolving the matter with the manufacturer. He never did. I would not recommend this establishment.
