Vishka greeted me promptly and since they were busy asked if I could come back later. I offered to pick it up next week but she insisted that I don't go without the necklace for that long. I very much appreciate Vishka and the team's wonderful service I just needed to write this review!

We originally went in to pick out something special for her husband, but with love in the air (and why not treat ourselves?), we ended up getting matching David Yurman heart necklaces! The lovely lady who helped me today was sweet, patient, and informative. I stopped in seeing that they were selling the watch I was interested in but not quite ready to buy just yet. Knowing all that, the lady assisted me for 15 minutes looking at different options and looking at how the watches fit. Great customer service and overall 5/5 experience. Come here if you want to spend a relaxed minute being treated with professionalism, kindness, and most importantly, respect.

They were also able to get the diamond onto the ring and get our wedding bands in the correct sizes for us by the next day. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The jeweler even showed me the laser imprinted code for the diamond. They made this expensive purchase into something a bit more bearable. I would definitely recommend this Littman Jewelers to anyone.

Neves Jewelers is much more than a jewelry store. It is a place where traditions and memories…read morebegin, solidify and endure. Not only are you a client, you are family. I have been a customer for over 20 years and because of my relationship with the store, my family & friends are also now customers as well. I'm lucky to have many treasured pieces from Neves that signify and represent some of the most important days in my life - graduating high school, college, important birthdays, my first job (the first nice watch I bought for myself), my engagement, wedding, the births of my children, anniversaries, etc. The best part is that they are quality, timeless pieces (the owners stand by) that I will pass down to my children and hopefully that they will pass down to their's. I've even brought them jewelry I've inherited, that they've successfully fixed & updated. They get to know your style so well, that they know exactly what you will love. Jennifer Neves, whom I generally deal with, is not only an amazing saleswoman, but someone who has an amazing eye for style. She is someone my family can visit and she ALWAYS puts them on the right track in picking out the perfect gift. Lastly, if you ever have a problem, they are always there to help you resolve it because that's what family do - make you look & feel your best good - time after time, generation after generation.

This location is never super busy and they are always accomodating with or without an appointment. I recently had 2 Sweet bracelets resized, after having a wonderful resizing experience with the Sweet Hearts bracelet, which was complementary. The other 2 bracelets, I purchased many years ago via the preloved market. Marissa was a pleasure to work with and was so kind, professional, and accomodating! When I dropped off my bracelets for resizing I was able to take a look at the new pink enamel alhambra collection. I've seen online people complain about the Sweet Alhambra bracelets not being worth the price and spin around however, the resizing option is totally worth it if you want the motif to stay at the top of your wrist. You get your links back that were taken out, and I suggest keeping them in a safe place if you ever needed to have the jewelery re-altered or resized.

Today, I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at the Tiffany & Co. in Red…read moreBank. I went in to exchange an online gift and asked if the remaining balance could be returned to the original purchaser's card. The person who helped me, Nadine, initially told me this was possible. However, when we got to the actual exchange, she changed her story and said it couldn't be done. She also falsely claimed that it was the 30th day and my final opportunity to make the exchange which was not true. I had a valid receipt and was still well within the return window. Despite that, Nadine gave me no alternative solutions for how the exchange could be processed properly. Instead, I was issued a Tiffany gift card. When I asked to cancel or reverse the exchange, I was told it couldn't be undone. I also spoke with the manager, who offered no help. After leaving the store, I called Tiffany & Co. customer service, and without any issue, they told me the remaining balance would be refunded to the original purchaser's card and the gift card would be canceled. So why did I have to go through all of that at the Red Bank location? I walked in expecting a quick, respectful experience and left feeling misled, disrespected, and frustrated. Tiffany & Co. is supposed to be known for excellent customer service but unfortunately, this location does not live up to that reputation at all. It's clear the workers at this location are more interested in commission based sales than in genuinely helping customers. If you're making a return or exchange, don't expect to be treated with respect here. I absolutely do not recommend the Red Bank location to anyone.
