It is with a heavy heart that I write this negative, honest and thoughtful review. As a local…read moresmall business owner for over 45 years, we try our best to support local business whenever possible, especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We recently replaced our outdated kitchen countertops with granite and installed a tile back splash. We contracted B & B Marble and Tile (2220 Pass Road, Gulfport, MS 39501) to do the work. Our experience since day one has been subpar at best. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are nonexistent. Most importantly, the customer service provided, specifically respectful and timely communication, have been unacceptable. Co-owner Sabrina Usher is an absolute challenge to do business with. We placed our order and paid a deposit on April 1st, and it took over 99 days for our installation to occur on July 8th. It is important to note that our piece of purchased granite was at their facility for over 7 weeks waiting for the install. The first scheduled installation was cancelled at the last minute so the co-owners could take a beach vacation to Florida. Our installation occurred and we immediately pointed out the following problems which needed to be addressed (photos attached): - Missing bullnose installation in one corner - Window sill granite is not polished while the countertops are - Uneven and haphazard tile work - Light switch left hanging from wall 35 day have elapsed since our installation and the problems have yet to be addressed, despite aggressive and courteous follow up on our behalf. Voice messages are not returned, and emails not responded to. This review was even provided to them in advance as a final opportunity to make the situation right. Please spend your hard-earned money elsewhere with someone who takes pride in their workmanship. There are several bad reviews posted to both Google reviews and Yelp which we had seen prior to hiring B & B. There is a "current alert" listed on the Better Business Bureau's website and they are not Better Business Bureau accredited. In retrospect, we should have listened to our fellow MS Coast residents regarding their experience, as ours seems to have been much the same. I can not, with good conscience, recommend B & B Marble and Tile of Gulfport in any way.

Ms. Dartez knew the answer to every question my wife and i had and was able to recommend exactly what we need for our home. She was amazing seemed to know every carpet swatch in the center and the Pro's and Cons of each one and made sure that our choices were the ones we would love to have in our home. She even advised us the following week was a sale week and that we could get an even better deal than the original deal we had, we went to a competitor but they couldn't hold a candle to Ms Dartez knowledge and abilities. So what I'm saying if you want to be ecstatic with your choices and have no buyers remorse i truly recommend you go to FC Design Center and seek out the best of the best MS. Molly Dartez. I'm so sure of what I'm saying I'd recommend my own mother to go there and work with MS Dartez. You can never go wrong by working with the best

She was thinking it was the motor that needed to be replaced and was ready to have to buy another one. ( She purchased her bed at least 3 years ago). The next morning I received a call from Doyle stating he was in another town going on other calls but he could talk me through resetting the remote instead of me having to wait till around 4-5pm. I explained I was not at my moms house yet, he said no problem, just call me when you get there and I can talk you through it. I called him about 2 hours later and once he explained the steps to take with the remote, it started working again. He explained that my mom must have pushed too many buttons and the child safety feature set in. He also told me to keep his number and if/when it happens again to just call him back and he will talk me through the steps again!! EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!
