They utilize their space wisely and pack the house here! From toys to books, clothes to rattles, home decor to skin care, and everything in between, this place has a big selection. The service is mostly reactive, meaning you engage them, not them you. They are nice once you do engage them, but don't expect them to initiate the conversation. I found the prices to be average, if not trending on the high side. I won't fault them for this, as that seems to be the trend right now. This time I learned she has been feeling nauseous as she was put on speaker phone during my checkout. Rude and stand-offish is how I would describe my overall experience here. Was never asked if I needed help with sizing while trying things on and had to come out half clothed to get another size. I went to the car and saw she overcharged me for a sweatshirt. I went back in for my refund and was told she couldn't refund my tax and told me I was out the money because her system wouldn't refund my taxes. She kept repeating that she could refund my taxes even though it was her error. Never apologized. I had her call the owner and they eventually worked it out by making me rebuy the sweatshirt and taking it off of the purchase price. She had attitude the entire time. I will NEVER shop here again.

Come to find out after she opened them that she had others she'd rather get and no one else in our house really cares for them so I went to return them but I double-checked their website to make sure they accept returns since it was a local store and I didn't want to waste a trip. The website says they do so I drove another 45 minutes to take them back. Get in the store...and they definitely accept returns... for store credit or exchange "only". So no cash returns. The cashier motioned to some out of the way picture on the side wall that states you can only return for store credit. Some advice to offer: It would be a better idea to put it where customers can actually see it like most stores with alternate return policies do (like on the checkout counter or mentioning it during checkout/making the policy clear that there are no cash returns) so they can make the decision for themselves if they'd still like to shop. Had I known I at least would have double-checked with my sister beforehand or wouldn't have shopped there at all. I don't have any family that young and I don't collect Jellycats so I have no use for the stuffed animals or the store credit. I just wasted $70 and gas...on a situation that could have been avoided with better transparancy. If I wanted to donate $70 I'd have given it to a cause that actually needed it this season. Do better.
