The Lies started from the off as there was no wi-fi when I was informed there was, the other lodgers had said this had been the case for the previous 2 months and was for the first 6 weeks I was resident during lockdown. Not that the other lodgers were to bothered as this like a lot of the properties being let was used as a defacto halfway house with the other residents mainly coming from prison or the street after being released from prison . With no clear rules and little interest other than money from the Lettings agents I was in about 12 violent confrontations over my year there, it really was a case of having to fight your corner. Then there was the disrepair in which I compiled a non exhaustive list of 12 main faults to report to the agents. Obvious not used to residents sticking up for themselves I was faced with constant threats and abuse, to which I can proudly say I replied in kind. I hope it is obvious now I do not hold Andrew Hunt Estate Agents or their staff in high regard and my advice would be avoid. Search around for other reviews and you'll soon build up a picture of what they are like, you have been warned!

You should also read the Daily Mail report on Andrew Hunt and view the Facebook page called Collecting evidence against Andrew Hunt and Gatwick and Crawley Rooms Ltd. They advertise decent properties for rent and then give people the keys for dumps which aren't fit for habitation. They don't provide any paperwork and the word 'refund' is absent from their vocabulary. Intelligent individuals would recognise that poor reviews cost them a whole lot more than refunding money. Oh and please don't bother to suggest I have the wrong company as you normally do in the face of a bad review... it's pathetic.
