Once everything was setup, I noticed the water & ice maker didn't work. I didn't find out the oven didn't work until I went to turn it on and it said "preheat" for about 45 minutes but was still cold. I called the store the next day to let them know because both items are under warranty. The lady said she would send someone out. It was almost 2 weeks before someone came and they said they needed parts for the stove which had to be ordered. They said I would need a plumber for the refrigerator. My old refrigerator worked just fine and I never needed a plumber. The last called me about a week later to say the guy that would be coming to fix the oven got canceled because he was sick which I completely understood. So it was about another week before he actually came to fix it. No one ever came back out to even attempt to fix my refrigerator, we still can't use the ice maker or get water. I didn't come in asking to put anything on layaway, finance anything or ask for any discounts but I still received crappy service and 2 items that didn't work and the store still hasn't fixed one. I will not be shopping here again and will let my coworkers and friends know to spend their money elsewhere.

Miss Carolyn knows her products and what questions to ask to help you find what you want or don't want. I walked in honestly, not expecting to purchase anything. I just wanted to see what was out there. I told her how much I love to cook, how I'm building the kitchen of my dreams, and what budget I had. She showed me a JennAir set that was available and explained casually and not forced in any way how I had to have it. I left and slept on it, did my research, and came right back 24 hours later. The set included a fridge, gas stove top, double wall combination microwave/ oven, and dishwasher. A Maytag washer and electric dryer were also purchased. With the appliances, a one-year warranty automatically comes unless you want to pay for a 5-year warranty that needs to be paid at the time of purchase. They also offer delivery with a minor charge, so you don't have to worry about it. Going to a big box store would have easily cost between $16,000 - 18,000; I was nowhere near the MSRP. These appliances are discounted anywhere between 50 and 70 percent. Yes, an appliance might have a minor ding, but it's nothing you couldn't cover up with a magnet, a free Christmas photo card, or a $10 wrap from Amazon. The whole team is honest, good people who are happy to help. Give it a chance before going to a big box store!

I don't even know what all products they have. The feed isn't all out for easy browsing. I rarely have time to ask them for their latest lists of available products and prices, and I don't think they have time to regularly tell me. So, I hate to say to get with the times and do more with their website, but if they could do so without raising prices, that would make it much easier to decide which feed to get. Why are they even paying to have a website when it has so little on it and no listing of products as far as I could find? I would recommend it, but wish it were better.

A couple of weeks later, while cleaning my pistol, I noticed some Cerakoting on the polymer portion of my pistol. Looking closer, I realized there where several areas of over-spray on my pistol which can only happen if the pistol wasn't disassembled prior to coating. As I continued studying the Cerakoting on my pistol, I realized in many areas I could see the original black paint through the thin layer of Cerakoke put on by Patrick. I brought my pistol back to Patrick's Gun Shop and asked for a refund. Patrick returned my $200 after letting me know how unhappy he was that I questioned his Cerakoting method. Look at the photos and form your own opinion on whether or not Patrick followed the procedures set in the Cerakote training manual.

Bliss is solid! When…read moreI transferred to Shreveport in 2004, I purchased a house on 920 Linden which required the addition of a new room by replacing a wall that had turned the '3' bedroom into a '2'. The contractor, who I cannot remember, finished the wall and another project but quite returning before the job was done -- I learned the hard way to not pay in full until done. Throughout the years until I decided to sell in 2016, I did not find a SINGLE contractor to show up, communicate, work with the customer AND finish the job to satisfaction. I had others, as the first mentioned do half assed jobs and not complete. Bliss Contracting has met and exceeded my expectations -- and come highly recommended by someone wary of other contractors. Key is they worked with the customer, sought to satisfy my requirements, coordinate colors, designs and make recommendations based upon customers intent (to sell) rather than simply adding to their profit.
