It's not too bad I like the area. The dirt road leading to the park will tear your car up tho. Need A permanent dumpster to dump Bulk Trash, They used to let us have a fire pit as long as it was covered and now they made us get rid of all of our fire pits. Consisted of "Road Paint" lol... Don't know the actual term. I assuming they only painted the road because of Ariel Photos, from a distance it will look like a new road. Notice in the photos, they didn't even clean out the rocks and dirt from the pot holes. I'm done calling the office for help with our issues. Management don't do anything that is needed for the resident. Check out how they fixed the rust issue with the mailboxes... No repairs, no scraping, just half done paint job... Also, here is a picture of the awesome half done tree service... ( * Updated * We was told that Billy will finish in the morning, after going to the office and addressing the issue again. After experiencing "Debbie", we told the office we was calling upper management. Then magically, Debbie decided she wanted to talk. I told her as she said, they are close ( staff confirmed that they was not closed), Billy was made to finish the job after hours while she went home.... Doesn't the leader follow up? ) Also, the manager Debbie needs to realize that we can hear her when she talks to the staff.. Debbie is unprofessional and didn't want to speak to us until we mention upper management.. People, do not come here to live... Save your money or go somewhere else... Your rent will go up every year no matter what... You will not be allowed to upgrade or down grade to a different home... Unless you buy. And if you buy, you still have to stay here a year before you can take the home... Management doesn't care at all about the residents... Bright side if you do have to come here... Other residents are awesome. I have no problems with my neighbors. One bright us cupcakes!! Very little crime that I know of ( lived here for 17 months ). Family environment. read more
