The disinterested salesperson appeared to know nothing as she couldn't answer any questions about the size, profile or weight of the rings and continually mentioned prices with a sneer, pushing cheaper rings at us. I think she mentioned the separate "ordering in" fee of between £5 and £10 per ring three times which I found offensive in itself, let alone her tone. We left feeling rather uncomfortable and I certainly won't return.

I purchased a very expensive watch which was not fit for purpose but before bringing it back I went out of my way to resolve the situation with the manufacturer. Ultimately the manufacturer could not fix the problem and I returned to the branch just over 2 weeks later with a pre-arranged booking and reported that I had exhausted all options and the watch remained unfit for purpose. The branch refused to refund but to add insult to injury did attempt to exchange with an even more expensive watch that I did not want. They then tempted to force the watch to painfully fit my wrist which caused massive discomfort and tried to fob me off with a clasp that clearly didn't work - wow, it was just so hideous and unprofessional I had to run out of the store in disbelief at the abuse. Awful, unpleasant and no better than daylight robbers - avoid!!!!!!!!
