Sammie at the hut was very unhelpful and clearly didn't want to return them whatsoever even though I have the receipt matching my card and the bank statement on my phone. We asked if there was a manager override to help us out with the return and Sammie stated that she was the standing manager position but somehow had no authority to make the return. They had already checked on my insurance coverage, which takes a load off our minds right away. The optometrist, was amazing, and friendly! I could tell when I walked in people feel comfortable and cared for there. She took a full hour with me and explained different procedures with me, such as cataracts, contacts, bi- focals, eyelid correction& answered all my questions! Coming from a background where my brother Dr Dale Van Dyke, was always our family optometrist! I had moved back to Grandville and he was retired, so I tried the fast paced eye care places,like RX OPTICAL, etc...only to find rushed , and assembly line care.
