Ich würde diesen Laden niemandem empfehlen, vor allem wegen der mangelnden Qualität, dem hohen Preis und dem Drängen auf zusätzliche Dienstleistungen, die nicht nötig waren, was mein teures und gut geschnittenes Kleid tatsächlich billiger machte.
It has taken be over a year to write this review since I am still so deeply upset over my poor experience. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, mainly for lack of quality, high price, and pushing for additional services that were not needed, which actually cheapened my expensive and well-cut dress. I had a beautiful new wedding dress in my size that I absolutely loved - it only needed a few touch-ups (shorter straps & length), which is all I requested. She was very pleasant and polite, and when her team started recommending more changes I assumed I could trust their "expertise" as a tailor. I recognize now that they were wildly just trying to upsell everything and get as much money out of me as possible, at the sacrifice of me as the client, my dress, and budget. I came out with my dress looking very different to the one I came in with, with bra cups attached, the beautiful train changed, poorly taken in parts with permanent wrinkles, and more. I showed her photos of myself in the dress pre-tailoring and then me in her shop with my unflattering dress now looking cheap despite it being an expensive dress from a recognized designer, and she was completely unhelpful to suggest any ways to get it back to just that simple few adjustments I originally asked for. I later realized it was the bra cups throwing everything off (cups I never wanted or asked for, but was pushed on me to accept), and she did do an emergency appointment to remove them (for a fee), for which I am grateful. However, the dress still looked terrible, notably with wrinkles due to poor sewing and the originally gorgeous and youthful shape had changed. It cost a whopping 680 EUR, which went far beyond my budget of just needing some minor adjustments. When I was researching tailoring prices at a wedding shop for another dress option that needed significant tailoring, I was quoted a similar amount to basically change the entire dress. I ended up choosing my dress because it was already my size and only needed a few minor tweaks (tailoring quoted elsewhere at 200-300 EUR). I was shocked at the price tag for this mess. Having to pay a giant fee for a ruined dress with strange "add-ons" I felt pushed into but hated was really the worst. My wedding was the following week so it was too late to change it or take it somewhere else (I also had no more budget after that crazy fee) so I had to wear it. I did not feel beautiful on my wedding day wearing a dress I originally loved so much and I still think about it even almost two years later.
