They stood right by me the entire time and watched me. They told me I was taking too long to decide. I was going to spend over $300.00 for a Ray-Ban frame. There were no other customers - surprise, surprise! - with that kind of attitude who would want to shop there. Then they basically told me to go away and not disturb them. I was not able to buy the sunglasses I wanted. LUXOTTICA - WHAT TYPE OF IDIOTS ARE YOU HIRING? These employees want to get paid for doing nothing. These employees are costing you A LOT of money. They are deliberately trying extremely hard to STOP people from buying sunglasses. Look at your sales LUXXOTICA at - 'Sunglass Hut' - Hudsons Bay - Park Royal North location. You are wasting 'HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS' at this location because the employees are deliberately sabotaging sales by DRIVING CUSTOMERS AWAY. This location would have better sales & service if you hired the gestapo instead or if you made it self-service.

    Ridiculous experience trying to contact Kits Eyecare and ask a couple of simple questions. Went to…read morethe website and didn't find answers there so, as one does, took the phone number and gave them a call. Silly me! I actually expected a person, or at least voicemail, to answer, but no such luck. Tried half a dozen times over two days and my calls went unanswered. Well how weird is that?, I wondered. Next move was back to the website to input my question into the chat window. Of course the only one to reply is Amy the AI chatbot who tells me I'll have to ask an actual person at the shop. What did "she" think I was trying to do? Lucky I have endless amounts of time to waste, trying to ask a simple question of a local business. Next, I send an email to KIts.ca, mentioning Kitisilano, saying I'm in Kitsilano, and asking my questions. Lo and behold, who do you think responds? None other than AI Amy, who advises me she has no idea what the answers are to my questions so I'll have to speak with someone in the shop!!! Is this a joke? April Fool's Day is over, people, so how about you stop your juvenile pranks and start providing actual customer service? Oh, and the kicker is, she asks me to let her know what location I'm interested in and would I like her to help me connect with that location? How many locations do you have in Kitsilano, Kits Cafe and Eyecare (or whatever you're called). Last time I checked, there was ONE!!! So what's all this nonsense about "which location"? No thanks, Amy AI, I'll do without glasses if your shop is the only option. Which it isn't. After all this time-wasting aggro I called another local optical shop and what a bizarre experience that was! They actually picked up the phone, answered my questions, and made an appointment for me for a free optometry exam. Lesson learned. Kits Cafe and Eyecare, you score a big fat 0/10!!! I usually just order the entire pair of glasses online at similar sites without interacting with anyone directly, but they offered a "first purchase" pair of glasses after I bought contact lenses from their sister site (ContactsExpress). Their customer service team assisted me with each step of the entire glasses selection + purchase process, and even though I usually prefer to just order them directly through an online site, I did appreciate the quality care and detail their team provided throughout the process... it's definitely a nice option to consider, especially if the customer has any questions or uncertainty regarding their products. The glasses arrived super fast; I was informed delivery could take up to a few business days, but they arrived the next day. The glasses were nestled in a nicer container than other online sites I've used, and they were packaged with extreme care. Honestly, I wasn't expecting too much with the glasses because based on extensive experience with other sites, I know better than to get my hopes up until I actually try the frames on. Many times, frames look slightly off when trying them on for the first time even after using other sites' virtual try-on tools. But wow, when I tried on these first pair of KITS glasses, I was blown away because they looked great for my face... and I'm super picky after going through a lifetime of frames! I'm constantly on the lookout for frames that work well with my features, and I rarely experience the feeling that hit me when I tried the KITS glasses on. They were so awesome, in fact, that I proceeded to order two more using a Boxing Day promotion through their site. I do understand that I was probably just very lucky the stars aligned with my first-ever KITS frames as I almost never feel this way when purchasing new glasses (not just online... sometimes even after I take them home from a physical store). Whatever the case, I was extremely happy and more than pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Another great thing about KITS is that they have an actual physical store (yes, in Kitsilano) in addition to their online sites for glasses and contacts. I love this because I can 1) head over there and talk to someone directly if the need ever arises, and 2) pick out frames I'm interested in via their online sites then stop by with my wish list in hand to actually try them out... no more hassle of sending glasses back and forth hoping another pair will work with my face as is the case with other online-only glasses vendors. Because of this great first experience, I can definitely see myself turning into a lifelong KITS fan!

I ask a lot of times about some medication for pain, antibiotics or corticosteroids but the dr. Told me, you will be fine in 6 weeks without nothing. He refuses do something more or give me a referral. The pain was getting worst and I went to emergency, where they told me that was something really serious and they give me medication. I really don't understand why the doctor don't put some attention in my problem. Is really most important make me buy glasses Than give me a good service??
