She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable about behavioral situations for someone on the spectrum. Unlike centers we've dealt with in the past, she is very involved all day and constantly coaching junior therapists to 1, train them and 2, so that everyone is on the same page. Arianna has also been great from the start. Not sure what ABC would do without her! Very professional, helpful and familiar with best practices and processes for the center. She can easily put your mind at ease and can get an answer to any question you have. She guided us from start to finish with enrollment until everything was done. She even helped us obtain some insurance related documents that we were having difficulty getting on our own. ALL therapists are trained thoroughly and are REQUIRED to be certified. (They have a wall of their certifications to prove it). Ever therapist I've encountered there has been respectful and nice. I trust them with my kid. They give us a detailed progress summary of how our boy's day went when he's picked up which I appreciate. Bi-weekly parent/teacher training meetings are MANDATORY. Which I love. My son loves it here and they always catch him smiling when taking pictures. They use an excel spreadsheet to show his progress throughout the day and we love being able to check to see how he is doing in real time. They have just the right amount of play activities but not enough to over-stimulate. Another good thing is we can basically shop for all of his snacks, lunch, etc. in his own personal cabinet so we don't have to pack him lunch everyday. Your child also doesn't need to be potty trained and they offer to help with it as well. Overall, the staff is very professional, the facility is always SPOTLESS, they are transparent and will make you feel like your family is their top priority. If you have someone on the spectrum who needs help, bring them to ABC. You won't be disappointed! Tip: They also have designated parking spots out front that make pick-ups and drop-offs a breeze. Tip #2: There is a TON of documentation to fill out in the beginning. Try to have as much of your child's diagnosis documents, insurance cards, and a deep understanding of your child's behavior ready to speed up the enrollment process.
