They were extremely professional in everything from coming out to give an estimate, to having materials delivered, existing concrete removal (done in a matter of hours) to the actual work and thorough clean up - all the while checking in to make sure we were satisfied with the job that was being done. This is one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend them enough. Their communication and workmanship was superb . You won't be disappointed. I had gotten quotes from other paver companies, and Mr. Woods actually had the best price. Win-win!!!

I think we ended up with 4 or 5 different bids. There was one company that sent out someone to do the measurements that had no knowledge of pavers so I couldn't ask questions. Gary is super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail when he came out to make the bid. That made us very comfortable making our decision to go with him. This ended up being a 5 day job. Gary showed up multiple times a day every day not just making sure things were done right, but he was also working right beside the crew. We LOVE how everything looks! It turned out GREAT! Gary was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. We have had MULTIPLE people that we don't even know comment on how good it looks. Several of our neighbors wanted bids for themselves before he left. We have zero complaints and cannot say enough good things about him! If you want a quality job done right with a smooth process, you need to hire StoneCraft Pavers! Thank you, Gary, and Team for a such a great job!

However once the second payment was made (you know the big one) it was like pulling teeth to get him even to respond. After the base material was down and forms in place it took two months for him to actually pour the cement. I should have had a drain installed as the outer edge was easily a quarter inch higher than the middle shop floods every time it rains. Then he calls and said his check bounced for the concrete used to pour my slab and a lien was going to be placed on my home! After 10 months of continuous calls and texts most having no response he was finally able to get me paid so I could pay the bill my self. He sent a crew out to install a box drain the width of the concrete, honestly I think a child could have done just as good a job. It looks terrible and I still have water coming into the shop. This nightmare will never end let's go back to the day it was poured he shows up hung over and throwing up everywhere. His power trowel broke and he disappeared for a few hours. Probably missing the opportunity to have it be affective ( I don't know I'm not a concrete guy).
