They show you a menu that looks restaurant quality but what they serve and what's on the menu never match. If you tour the facility, they never show you the whole facility, make sure you see the west wing in the morning or in the evening when all the crazies are out. Make sure you get a look at what the staff affectionately calls Pee Street or Incontenance alley. Always an overwhelming odor of urine. Patients are stuck in dirty diapers all day. UTI's run rampant. People say this is one of the nicer nursing homes, sad state for long term care in massachusetts.

Horrible rehab experience, aside from the PT with Phil and Chris. My dad was a patient for 2…read moremonths. Low staffing with poor communication. Wound care not done, medication given incorrectly and not at all sometimes , call bells taking over 45 minutes to respond ( yes, I timed it) Met with management several times and was always told they would retrain staff ( shouldn't they already be trained ?). Repeat issues constantly . Last straw was when my dad was dropped which caused injury involving a hospital stay staffing lied to cover it up . Would not recommend .

Vinnie and Mike blew me away with how much they knew about the neck and back and knew exactly what I'm going through with my pinch nerve. Vacations, too many patients, my first visit I ended up in the ER. There were no changes made to the program. They use the guise they are following the baptist program. This is not a program for everyone, think out of the box. There is a lot to be said for time of injury to therapy, type of injury...read and comprehend the MRI, do what you agree to, funny how your vendor became my biggest hero and worked to help me get through the day at work in less pain. You kept blaming him for your ineptitude. To this day, they are stil supporting and helping me. The sick part you tred to convince him not to send me my equipment it took you 4 weeks to order, stating he dropped the ball and I no longer wanted it. Do your patients a favor stop taking workmans comp. and screwing those of us who were hurt and need to get better. You were just another part of this awful nightmare!!!
