I'll start off by saying this facility seemed like a great choice and checked many of the boxes I…read morewas looking for. I was a prospective parent, and toured the facility, met with the team and got on the waitlist back in January of 2026. I verified if texting the number I communicated with them to coordinate my site visit was the best method going forward and they said yes. They said there was a very good chance for students to be transitioning out of the preschool program and that we would most likely be able to start in July. After that it got pretty disorganized in my opinion. I had to ask for verification that I was on the waitlist, which was just texted to me "You are on the preschooler waitlist" I followed up via text March 2026 and was ignored. I followed up again in April and was told there was no movement, which was understandable. I followed up again in May, and was completely ghosted. I found cheaper and more reliable communication with other facilities.

There is low staff turnover, which means the teachers who are there know what they are doing and love what they do. The environment is warm and inviting and the children's minds are stimulated with different activities. By the time your child is through, he/she will be able to read the alphabet, a few words, and write his/her full name, along with other things. This place really has the right balance between academics and letting kids simply enjoy being kids. The staff really helps support you through those milestones (potty training, etc.) and does a good job re-directing "naughty" behavior. My son is sweet, but very energetic and they did a terrific job helping him to focus and work as well as learn good social interaction skills. What can I say? This place is a gem and I am very, very grateful that my son spent the first years of his life at Land Park Infant Center and Preschool.

Egg and milk allergies alone can easy create a cross contamination but they handled it like a champ! Zero allergy reactions! Alyssa and Ronnie are my Hero! My son learned to walk, talk and even concurred potty training while at daycare. He was enriched with activities and learned so much to prepare him for preschool. Alyssa and Ronnie also fed my son so good he would rave about her breakfast and lunches: vegetables, pasta, peaches etc! So are they . They love their teachers Katherine, Valorie and Laura. Miss Kim and Roberta are also very kind and caring. PRO -Facility: clean and very secure. -Location: In the pocket/greenhaven. Parking lot is huge since it shares with the church. Enclosed but within walking distance of bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants. -Security: 2 separate play area that are fenced in. There's keypad lock entry, multiple security cameras inside and outside. Teachers have walkie talkies, there's a front desk and the director's office is near the entrance. Staff is routinely checked on for support. Multiple secure exits for emergencies. -Food: nutritious meals and snacks are prepared in the kitchen. Children sometimes help prepare the foods like cutting cookies. Monthly menu printed out for parents. My daughter never liked salads before, but now she enjoys them. -Teachers and staff: All teachers are certified. They are friendly and extremely adaptable. They are able to work with my daughter's therapist easily. Staff also very friendly and helpful. -Classrooms: large rooms with multiple activity and play areas. Every child has individual storage cubbies and sleeping nap mats. -Bathrooms: Every classroom has 2 bathrooms with children sinks and children toilets. Children height Soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers encourage them to wash hands after using the bathroom. Teachers are able to monitor children using the bathroom without ever having to leave the classroom and activities are not interrupted because 1 child has to use the bathroom. -Education: structured setting with encouragement of Independence and creativity. Also teaches about God and the Bible. They have weekly education plans that are catered to the children. I love how excited my children are bringing home projects or talking about school. From pet insects to discovering oceans and forests, there's always something new each day. -Playground: 2 separately fenced play areas. 1 has 2 large playsets and other one has 1 miniature playset. They are in the process of building another large playset area. -Technology: computerized check-in. They use remind app to communicate between teachers and parents. Credit card tuition payment computer station. But for those who are not tech savvy, they also have paper check in, paper calenders/activity/project/meal updates. They also accept checks and have payment drop boxes. -Price: very affordable being a nonprofit. Cooked meals included with tuition. Church also helps with scholarships and other fundraisers. Sibling discount. Church member discount if you choose to become a member. School also does fundraisers too. Accepts child action. I've checked other schools/daycare like Montessori, Merryhill, kinder Care, forever Friends, etc. unlike some of the other daycare/schools, there's no material fees, no meal fees, no uniform costs, no ridiculous high priced application fees, etc. Overall, this is the best bang for your buck without any sacrifice on quality. CON Age limit: They only take children 2 and up. I had to wait til my daughter turned 2 before I could take her here. I wish one day they will become licensed to take infants so parents can have their little ones enjoy the benefits from such a great school.

Carmen, Delya, Laura, Joanna, and of course Martha have such an obvious love for children and it's so heartwarming. Also the assistants are great and add an amazing language component! Martina, who speaks in Spanish to the toddlers, and Xiao Li, who speaks Mandarin and teaches the kids Chinese songs, are absolute gems! The vibe is so family-like and you will feel safe leaving your child there for the day. They have plenty of outdoors time, singing, stories, and activities and I appreciate the parent conferences to give an update on progress. The kids seem to learn naturally, discovering gradually on their own. I love that snacks are included. They have a meeting for parents every month that helps you learn more about child development within the Montessori context. Our kids are thriving here and we'd recommend it to anyone.
