The current symptoms paralleled my symptoms when I had been treated and educated on non-lactating mastitis in post menopausal women at the Kaiser Breast Clinic. Dr. Collins said she suspected that was not my condition, as she had not previously seen that in her six years of practice. However, she thoroughly examined me, she listened attentively, she demonstrated respect for me, and showed concern for my condition. She referred me to Sutter Breast Imaging for an ultrasound. The ultrasound technician and radiologist were thorough and happily found nothing in either the ultrasound or the mammogram. I am being treated for non-lactating mastitis. I felt heard and respected. All of my appointments were timely, easy to accommodate with my availability, and the staff was kind.

My life was upside down when it came to switching over to Kaiser. I had the worst experience ever and I was honestly scared to have my baby with them. Last year I had an amazing experience with Dr. Overbey delivering my son. When my employer decided to go ahead and make a mid year exception for me to switch my insurance, I immediately messaged her, and the nurses called me the next day and were able to squeeze in two appts for me before they had to schedule my induction. Dr. Overbey is amazing and very informative. When it came to the induction process, she knew exactly what to do and she makes her job seem so easy. She knows all the ins and outs and how to get things moving along for delivery. I will always and forever recommend her for prenatal care. If you want to find an obgyn that builds a relationship with you and your family throughout the entire pregnancy, then you should make an appt with dignity health, but most of all, Dr. Overbey.

I have been a patient at the hospital drive location for over almost 15 years and I wasn't aware…read morethat this location was considered the "free" service location since I've always had private insurance. As usual I called and scheduled my annual check up and I wasn't advised at the time of making my appointment that I was now scheduled at the Bruceville office. I showed up at the Hospital drive location and the door was locked. I called the office and they then informed me that I was scheduled at the Bruceville location and they had called that location and they would still see me if I drove over right then. I drove to the other location and I was advised that I was late and they would not see me. Really I'm late due to their error and the hospital drive office had called and advised them of the situation. The Bruceville location was not courteous, apologetic or understanding of the situation. They refused to accommodate me due to the other office error and insisted I was late. I'm not sure if the older blue haired woman at the front desk just didn't want to do her job since its about time for he to retire and graze but she should not take that out on me due to an error that wasn't mine. I called the hospital drive office and they were at least apologetic and insisted the Bruceville office had agreed to see me when they called. I lived in Roseville and I drove clear across town since this has been my office, doctors and nurse practitioners of choice. They have since lost a patient since I've already found and scheduled with a new doctor closer to home and my office.
