I had to leave the previous doctors behind because I couldn't be in that office without having a panic attack. I had an urgent need to be seen and saw Dr. Gonzalez. She was very patient and understanding. I didn't feel belittled or invalidated by her and she was super patient when my anxiety did start to kick in. She took the time to explain things to me and she talked to me through the small in office procedure I had. I felt safe and what I needed was handled.

She performed a procedure that could not be done at the K street location. Timberlake had the right equipment and the patient care was fantastic. Dr. Wilson and the receptionist at the front desk were very kind. They both took their time with me by asking questions and getting to know me as a person. Sadly, Dr. Wilson is moving on to another adventure with her career and I am excited for her. I am blessed to have worked with her over the years and am very appreciative that she was able to help me and my women's health.

They tell people that they don't give ultrasound if their medical doesn't cover it even if you're willing to pay for the out-of-pocket expense and at my 37th week appointment I was letting them know that I was having pain and Dr. Camille just let me know that they were Braxton Hicks and then I ended up having my baby that night and she never gave me my cervix check on that 37th week appointment. She lied to the receptionist and told her that I said I didn't want it when that is not what happened. She told me that if I got my swab test done that night then I would not be able to do my cervix exam because she would not have time for it, but I did let her know that I was scared because I was having pain that I did not know that were contractions because like I was being told from the doctor, they were Braxton Hicks, but if she were to have done her job and checked my cervix like my appointment was scheduled for then she would've known. I was in active labor, currently two months almost 3 postpartum and the only helpful people there are the receptionist definitely do not recommend very horrible office

I have been a patient at the hospital drive location for over almost 15 years and I wasn't aware…read morethat this location was considered the "free" service location since I've always had private insurance. As usual I called and scheduled my annual check up and I wasn't advised at the time of making my appointment that I was now scheduled at the Bruceville office. I showed up at the Hospital drive location and the door was locked. I called the office and they then informed me that I was scheduled at the Bruceville location and they had called that location and they would still see me if I drove over right then. I drove to the other location and I was advised that I was late and they would not see me. Really I'm late due to their error and the hospital drive office had called and advised them of the situation. The Bruceville location was not courteous, apologetic or understanding of the situation. They refused to accommodate me due to the other office error and insisted I was late. I'm not sure if the older blue haired woman at the front desk just didn't want to do her job since its about time for he to retire and graze but she should not take that out on me due to an error that wasn't mine. I called the hospital drive office and they were at least apologetic and insisted the Bruceville office had agreed to see me when they called. I lived in Roseville and I drove clear across town since this has been my office, doctors and nurse practitioners of choice. They have since lost a patient since I've already found and scheduled with a new doctor closer to home and my office.
