My wife started having some severe skin irritation after moving into our condo and we are at a loss…read moreas to what could be causing it. I reached out to several water softener companies to see if they would come check out our condo setup and see if it was even possible to install a system in our home. All of them except Waterlux refused to even come by and take a look. Over the phone the representative told me straight away she wasn't sure she could install it but she would still come look and test our water. She quickly found out that we didn't have very hard water but did have a large amount of chlorine. She recommended a chlorine filter and set us up for an install the following week. The installer was incredible! He was very nice and professional. Overall we couldn't be happier. My wife's skin started to clear up immediately. We would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a water filtration system or water softener system.

Very disappointed with Waterlux -- warranty issue and $1,200 repair charge…read more I purchased a whole-house water filtration system from Waterlux in 2021 for approximately $5,508. At the time of purchase, I was told the system came with a 5-year comprehensive parts-and-labor warranty. Waterlux has also serviced the system every year since the purchase, and I have records of those service payments. After Waterlux's maintenance visit on August 13, the technician broke one of the part of the valve and my system stopped working and has remained unusable. Hague has approved the replacement of the failed tank under its manufacturer warranty, yet Waterlux is demanding approximately $1,200 in labor/service charges to replace the warrantied component, even after offering a $200 discount. I find this extremely disappointing, especially because the system was purchased based on the warranty coverage represented by Waterlux at the time of sale. Waterlux has also told me that it no longer has my original 2021 contract. However, I still have my official Waterlux purchase receipt, service records, and documentation showing the system was purchased from Waterlux. What concerns me further is that Waterlux recently changed its website and removed the section regarding its service warranties. Changing website language years after a purchase does not resolve the warranty obligations that were represented when the system was sold. My family has now been without a functioning whole-house filtration system since August 13, while Waterlux continues to demand a substantial service charge to install a replacement component that Hague has already approved under warranty. I have requested an itemized breakdown of the $1,200 charge and a reasonable solution to resolve this matter. I am also submitting my documentation, payment records, and correspondence to the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division for review. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a Waterlux system carefully review the warranty terms, keep every document and receipt, and get all warranty promises in writing before making a purchase. I hope Waterlux ultimately resolves this matter fairly, but so far, my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Pure water pro is a perfect example of commitment and passion! After going to a trade show in…read moresearch of a water filtration company, we ended up in a google search and found PWP! Immediately, a rapport was established when Craig answered the phone! His professionalism and knowledge of the reverse osmosis system was evident. The install only took around an hour, and he explained each step and what every water line indicated. After install was completed, a "blind taste test" was a COMPLETE NO BRAINER...the RO system was pure, and ft lauderdale tap water tasted chlorinated and dirty. We immediately loved the final result and used it for our newborns humidifier and our own drinking water. After a year, we had a faucet that leaked slightly. We informed Craig of the issue, and he replaced it free of charge within 24 hours. I would recommend you consider Pure Water Pro for your drinking needs, not only for the quality of the product, but for the exemplary customer service you will always receive from a company who truly cares about their customers' well-being: Water Quality!

All communication has been documented and reported. This behavior is alarming and completely unprofessional. Proceed with caution when considering this business.
