The highest level beds and MOST expensive (room one and two) have been in disrepair for almost over two months now. Multiple lights on the facial and chest regions are totally burnt out and there are other body lamps that are also out. This can only be noticed when the sun bed is turned on. Room one also doesn't function properly- it has a setting where the face lamps can be adjusted, and as soon as the bed heats up the facial tanners drop down and cannot be turned back up so your face isn't getting a tan at all because the light is so weak. Staff and management has been notified about this numerous times and they have NOT done anything about it- which is HIGHLY disappointing considering we pay almost $100 for a level 5 tanning membership. Maintenance and ownership of this location has definitely gone downhill. I personally do not like having to come here and would prefer to go to the other tanning locations because they have much better quality beds and maintain their lamps. OWNERS and Management needs to wake up and get their head out of the fryer before their establishment gets shut down because clients are so fed up they stop paying.

With mystic tan, you stand in a booth and the machine sprays you, with this, you are getting a custom tan to the darkness of your liking. Plus some areas need more color than others which machine tans are not able to focus on certain areas. Matt has been doing this for years and he is really good. If you want a nice, natural looking tan, this is a great option. I have been fake tanning for 10+ years...lamps, mystic, etc., and so far Endless Glow is my favorite because of the natural looking shade. But at the same time, though the color is great, if you don't have an experienced technician applying the color, it's pointless. Matt is great! Most extreme drop in temperature compared to other cryotherapy locations. Three minutes of bliss was the perfect time to withstand this temp and I loved every minute of it. Yep I'm addicted ! Location/setting: Plenty of parking in a small strip mall. They have two personal parking spots right up front if you're lucky. There are a few restaurants nearby if you also want to grab a bite to eat (i.e., sushi, pizza, etc.) and even a nail salon. The place is clean and well-maintained. They have a big screen tv by the front waiting room to keep you entertained while you wait. They also have convenient hours throughout the week (i.e. M-Sat. 11am-7pm; closed Sun.) Customer service/treatments: I met Daniel the first day I went there and he was very welcoming and friendly from the get go ! He showed me the changing room where they provide gloves, slippers, and a robe for you to change into. He showed me where the cryo chamber was and it was different from any other I've been to. It looked like some futuristic spaceship haha ! It was a little intimidating, but he made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He talked to me for the full 3 minutes to keep me distracted from the freezing temp., which I totally appreciated. JC made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. It was incredibly relaxing and quite similar to a massage session. She was very gentle and attentive. She applied pressure and suction to my skin and focused on my problem areas. Yes we all have them folks. She was very knowledgeable with the process and explained that once circulation is increased then the fat, toxins, and waste are also freed and flushed away by the body's natural processes. JC also incorporated 'dry brushing,' which I was new to and it did wonders ! I instantly felt and saw improvements within my skin. I need to buy one of these ! It's amazing how much we don't give our skin that extra added attention. If you have problem areas, such as cellulite, then this will assist in clearing that with long-term care.
