Cute place, wide variety and nice presentation do not equal good taste. Sadly quality is poor to mediocre. If I see a sushi bar with a sushi chef, I expect fresh rolls .The salmon skin hand roll had skin that was fried at least a day before with zero crunch. Nori was so chewy The Bunny Roll looked so nice but the inner roll had refrigerated, hard rice, not fresh at all. The quality is day old grocery store. I really wanted to like this popular place, but very disappointing. People's standards seem low since they seem to have decent business. Personally, if you are stuck here I would stick with the Teppanyaki plates and avoid their pre-prepped rolls.
