Service is exceptional. Menu is extensive. I started with Miso soup, wakami salad and tempura vegetables. The soup was fabulous and the vegetables were perfectly prepared. Generous portion suitable for 2 to 3 but I managed! Sashimi was fresh and delicious. The toro was some of the best I've had. Had a roll that was recommended by the owner Fabio and it was superb. Owner invited me back for a special chef preparation and I am all in. The chef was trained in Japan and his knife skills are exacting and presentation delightful. What can I say but 5 stars.
