While it included several pieces of sashimi, two specialty tapas, and a soup or salad--overall a fair value--the four pieces of California roll included were subpar. They were loosely packed, difficult to pick up, and felt more like something from a fast-food sushi kiosk than a restaurant of this caliber. This isn't the first time I've ordered this dish and encountered the same issue. It's unfortunate to see an otherwise beautiful plate diminished by such a weak component. We explained that we had not received much of what we had ordered and politely asked if they would consider a discount since we were paying for an all-you-can-eat meal that we never fully received. Our request was refused. What hurt us the most was how the situation was handled afterward. As teenagers, we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously and that we were being taken advantage of because of our age. Rather than trying to work toward a fair resolution, the situation escalated to the point where staff threatened to call the police simply because we were questioning why we should have to pay full price for food that was never served. We never wanted free food or special treatment. We only wanted either the meal we ordered or to pay fairly for what we actually received. We left feeling disappointed, embarrassed, and unheard. I believe customers of any age deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope that by sharing this experience, it encourages businesses to handle situations like this with more fairness and understanding.

The layout was also especially awkward. There were two main doors and I got confused which one was the entrance. It's a Chinese menu, unreadable to me of course, however my friend read it to me and I immediately cannot stop eating here. For under 10$, you get 3 choices of meats, with rice. All of this is cooked in front of your eyes and everyday the choices are different. Pork, chicken, vegetables, eel, duck, you name it they have it. Get an drink and soup and you're still under 13$!
